T he staff was extremely hospitable and helpful. It was nice that the towels were on a heated rack but that made the bathroom and room warmer needed to be. Would have liked more towels: Only 1 large towel was actually absorbent and the others were 2 linen cloth type hand towels that were not.
Great hosting. The receptionists one by one were there every time I needed something and they helped always with a smile. The room was super comfi and the breakfast good. Thank you
Nice and clean, personnel discreet and friendly. Excellent restaurant where you have top quality and good value for your money (for Denmark standards). Breakfast is a must , excellent quality for all tastes including vegan, biological products etc.. Very pleasant stay.
Good hotel with convenient position for lingotto / hospital areas.
very clean and close to transport. half hour walk from the CDB. 2 mins to metro stop. right by the hospital. a little noisy in the mornings and evening because of the traffic. breakfast is included and quite good...but very italian...pastries and coffee. some cereal, meat/cheese and toast stuff too.
A little bit far away from the center but lovely staff

Always stay here when I visit Turin. Nice channel view and historical building
Hotel is ok, near city center. Breakfast is a disaster...old bagels, low in variety.
Nice clean hotel not to far away from everything
Good hotel, very good room but breakfasts: not à lot of choice but the view out of thé room makes this good together with thé friendliness of the People bevind thé desk
Clean room, good beakfast. Nice staff.
Nice hotel, just next to the river, but far from every restaurant, cafe, etc... Clean, friendly staff and very good looking hotel. Average breakfast.

extremely fair price. wonderful, clean room WITH A FRIDGE!! :-D air conditioning worked amazingly. soft blankets that dont make noise when you shuffle them. center of the city is a bit of a walk from here but not too bad. lovely service, even though I dont speak italian. breakfast was delicious and included in the price. would definitely stay again
Wifi not available. Lot of noise coming from the other rooms
Breakfast ok
Parking on street good luck to find one
Update : After 1 year i got a fine of hundred dollars for Parking in street
Professional staff. The hotel is a bit far away from the city centre but it's ideal if you need some serenity and silence without the usual traffic noise of the town.
Good for a solo traveler and for a short bed n breakfast
Great value for money and place clean. Good location to move around and parking in front. If you want to have a meal for 12 euro there is a restaurant/hotel nearby with home made cuisine.
Two drawbacks: problematic check-in time (of you arrive after 10 PM, you're out of luck and you'll have to contact the hotel by phone... And only by phone. Good luck if you've just arrived into the country and don't have a sim card), and they have us a one bed room instead of the two beds which I ordered. Oh, and no shampoo, which is a shame. Great towel selection, though, and friendly stuff. Good...

The location is really great for first time travellers, dining around the area is nice, walkable to all major tourist spots, beskfast is great too.
Front desk Staff are great...you feel like home with Alexandro and Thomas
Only comment is water from the shower leaks out to the floor...a little improvement to the caulking too..
Overall, l love the place.
Staff was welcoming and we were able to check in prior to 3 pm. Our room didn't have a window and was small, but it did have an AC unit. Breakfast buffet had a range of options. Location, budget price and the Mozart connection were the prime attractions of this hotel as it's about a 10 minute walk to Piazza Castello and five minutes from several outdoor restaurants that were bustling.
Good location, nice interiors. Comfortable cantine and lobby. Easy and convenient parking in the heart of the city
A bit tired, but conveniently located and friendly staff
Historically unique. Mozart at 15 Yrs.played in the main dining room where a fantastic breakfast is served. The decor of the dining room is an outstanding art work. The rooms are ample compared with modern European hotels. The location for the opera, palace, Egyptian museum and Shroud is perfect. Great restaurants all around.if you want history the again is your best choice
Property was in the city center and we were able to walk around to some of the sites.

An excellent hotel very close to Stazione Torino Porta Nuova. Great facilities and helpful staff. As a solo female traveller I would highly rate Hotel Urbani.
A pleasant hotel very close to Torino Centrale station and an easy walk to the main attractions of the city. Very personable, helpful staff. Room was pretty small but comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean but needed an upgrade, especially the shower are where the sealant and grouting need replacement. Good breakfast in a nice dining space.
Super handy to the main station if you’re only in Torino for a night or two. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful, providing me a better hair dryer and a clothes steamer when I asked.
The only quirk - and it wasn’t a problem - is they ask you to leave your room key/swipe at reception when you go out.
Recommended
An excellent hotel. Good area, new room decor and great staff. Good restaurants and the metro nearby.
Very friendly staff. Excellent location (just steps from Porta Nuova station) and quiet.
Good location. Clean rooms. Renovated. Breakfast is much expensive. Staff is ok. Noise from street is high (even from 4th floor). Price is high. Complimentary water should be in the rooms.

Location is good, though the breakfast is only so so. In terms of price/quality, this is good.
The room price is reasonable and the environment is good. If you have friends who want to travel here, it is worth recommending. This country is good in all aspects and worth traveling. Not bad.
I decided to buy it because I thought it was cheap.
Nice hotel, warm, convenient location. Excellent breakfast, there is cold cuts and cheese, cereals, various pastries and jams, eggs, yogurt and fruit. Delicious coffee from the machine, there is cocoa and decaffeinated coffee.
The hotel is near the train station, 7-8 minutes walk. The roads in Turin are very square so it is easy to find the hotel by following the navigation. The reception staff at the hotel have a good service attitude and can also store luggage. There are many bus stops in front of the hotel, making it very convenient to go to attractions. The furniture in the room is slightly older. There are two separate...

My husband and I always stay at this hotel when we come to Turin. The hotel is located a two-minute walk to the train station, metro, bus stops for airport, everything is close. We especially like the attitude towards customers, all the hotel employees are very nice and friendly, always ready to help you. We recommend to everyone
This hotel is a must visit. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and interactive. They've met all of our needs to keep us comfortable. The room was good, but a little basic. The bathroom was very well cleaned and kept. All in all, I look forward to going back again!!!
We stayed here for 2 nights. Lovely room (comfortable bed & large bathroom too!), warm friendly staff, classy common area, good breakfast and convenient location across from train station, which felt safe still. Recommend.
A good place to stay near to Porta Nouva
Cleaning was ok, the bed is comfortable and it's a quiet place to rest. The breakfast is very good and all the staff are really gentle and nice.

Small hotal in a nice neighborhood with short walk across the bridge to the centre. Clean room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast and great service. There are restaurants and a small grocery store nearby. I enjoyed my stay.
We had a great time. My son had a one-week camp nearby so we stayed for 8 nights in this hotel. Excellent service from the super helpful front desk, which gave us directions and helped us call taxi to the airport 4:45 am in the morning.
The location is very convenient, we walked to everywhere.
Caring and amazing staff
The staff deserves 10 stars. Very caring. The front desk manager Emmanuel went over and above his duty to locate a cab driver in whose cab we forgot our backpack and managed to get it back for us.
Even when I checked out for a few days and returned, my luggage that I had placed in the hotel was already inside my room. The bathrooms were a tiny and could use an update and...
Could not fault the place.
Really enjoyed the neighbourhood that the hotel is located in. One can find all that is required within a block of the hotel.
Great riverside walk to the old town.
Would stay there again for sure
A nice hotel, a little out of the way but it meant it was a nice quiet area. Large room, clean. A little old fashioned but had everything we needed. Helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend, as long as you don't mind being a little far from the centre.

As a student of EDISU scholarship, this is a decent dormitory to live. The location is good for me and it takes 25 minutes to reach my university by walking. Also, supermarkets like LIDL and Bennet are close by. Only one issue is that some students make a mess in kitchen after cooking and eating. They don’t value the ethics and mannerisms of a shared kitchen. Otherwise everything else is just fine...
Very good accomodation with free parking close near center breakfest is complete rooms clean i recomend
I stayed at this hotel for 3 years in a row, the reception staff were helpful and nice, breakfast was delicious, I highly recommend .
You have everything that you need, very nice that they provide ping pong table/equipment and fusball table. The guest being allowed only until 23 every day of the week is annoying, at least raise it to 24 or at least in the weekends allow later stay for guests 👍
Also had problems with the internet, both wifi and wired and it was quite disturbing since I study a computer science major.
I have been staying here in one of the 2 room with kitchen apartments for more than 2 years. As a student I am generally satisfied with the service and my room here. The staff is always smiling and they always try to help you. Only issue is the rare case of fire alarms in the morning or in the middle of the night for no reason. Also although some added security is good, the guest rules are too strict...
Stayed there at the end of September during Terra Madre. As a native English speaker my Italian was not the best but the staff was very kind of speak perfect English as to assist me when I was struggling. Great location with easy access wherever one would need. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were very clean and well maintained.
No respect, the hotel is for nothing, there are shops and restaurants that deliver at 5 a.m. which wakes up the whole neighborhood, I feel sorry for the local residents who live there year-round, on the other hand, the soundproofing of the hotel at the level of the room doors which slam needs to be reviewed, in short, for me, don't take it into account if I come back
Second time there – thrilled again! Great location, everything right on site. The staff is always helpful and always there when you need them.

Very Nice familial hotel at Turin… Team, Tatiana at the reception and service for the breakfast are wonderfull. Thank you for the moment…
Beautiful boutique hotel. The rooms are lovely, room 205 does not get the WiFi and is also above the breakfast area so you can hear everything when breakfast is ready.
Very clean and nice rooms!
Modern and fully equipped. Also more than enough parking space.
The hotel is small and tidy and doesn't overflow. The personell is very considerate and really shows that they are very professional! Special greetings to Tatiana, very great help and talk!
Very good service, so friendly. Breakfast with freshly made egg to your liking.
Facilities are retro and old
Hygiene: OK, bedding is OK, bathroom smells a bit strong, it's the effect of time
Environment: Close to the city center, one room can accommodate 4 adults, the room fee is more than 1,000, which is OK

Cheap for a reason. It is clean and the staff is friendly. But, the room is poorly maintained. Besides, they do not offer shampoo or body soap. Instead of body soap they provide hand soap.

Charming small hotel. Older building and cool antique elevator, but rooms are nicely updated.
It's a good place, there are some restaurants around, and it's a good place to take the bus.
The breakfast is varied, the place is comfortable, you pay what you get.
Small hotel near the politecnico and the bus stop (flibco) to airport. Some rooms are recently renovated and staff will try assign you one of these. Air conditioning and WiFi are good. Building is old though and insulation is pretty bad (you can hear anything from the corridors).
We had everything we needed, warm shower, clean bed and breakfast!
The room is relatively clean and the breakfast is also good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The room was quite small and appeared untidy, suggesting it hadn’t been properly cleaned before my arrival. Convenient location, close to the means of transport that allow you to move easily around the city.
The room is a shame, with a few adjustments and a minimum of maintenance it could definitely be better. The dirty walls and bathroom door, the dust on the lamps, the patched bathroom flooring, the shower cubicle that definitely needs at least a coat of paint... in short, small details that for a 4-star...
