It was good, except that it is very close to the train station and during the whole night there is noise. And the insulation between the rooms is not good at all.

The air conditioner is not the best but the room is really good.

Among many options I found this hotel offered value for money. Stayed for overnight and found rooms were very cosy and comfortable. There is nothing one can worry about. Break fast was typically Italian and it was best. Very courteous staff and very friendly. I would rate this place the best and affordable price.

Very nice room, ideal for a couple, convenient area, we reached the center on foot but it is well supplied with transport, we preferred a walk since it is only 15 minutes from here, the hotel is very nice and the staff very kind.

Although the hotel is not located in the historic centre it is in walking distance and just beside the tram line which is really convenient..15 min walk to the main train station. The breakfast was good and all staff were very friendly. I was able to store my bike securely during my stay. The mattress was comfy but the pillow was awful.

The room was good and the bathroom was clean. The bed was softer. The reception was nice. The breakfast was delicious. They also offer juices. But the only thing missing was fruit. Otherwise, I'm completely satisfied. It's not too far from the city center and the trams. The main train station is also a 10-minute walk away.

Room was very clean, updated and bed was comfortable. Hotel itself has basic services. There are many better places in the area to eat. We just were looking for a clean room to sleep that was in walking distance to the town centre and this was oerfect

For us, it was very convenient to be near the train station. The room was nice, clean and quiet. We did experience too short power outages overnight. The staff spoke English and was very friendly.

Nice practical hotel for a stay in Turin, possibility to visit everything by foot. Dog friendly for an extra fee of 10€. The staff was welcoming, the room was clean. The only thing was the noise, Turin is VERY NOISY (lots of honking) and the hotel is unfortunately located right on a busy boulevard. No parking onsite, normal for a big city; can easily find street parking around.

All the staff I encountered, both in reception and the diningroom, were extremely friendly & helpful. I particularly appreciated the reception being staffed 24/7. I'd definitely stay there again.

Hotel is very old. Rooms are very small. Shower impossible to use if you are taller than 185 cm ...staff great and i would come bCk asking for bigger room next time

Terribile soundproofing. The personnel was really nice and lovely, the rooms full of stuff you won't usually find on the same range of price hotels (slippers, toilet kit etc.), cleanliness also very good, but everything was ruined by the feeling of having the neighbours inside your room. In addition to that we found very noisy guests so it was impossible to sleep

Very good hotel, able to come along with the wishes of customers. The receptionist even spoke our beautiful Dutch language. Great service and good rooms!

New clean and spacy rooms. Friendly service at the front desk. Breakfast has the same standard as in all other Best Western Hotels in Torino. Juice and coffee from the machine are terrible. Ask the waiter to get a better coffee! On arrival due to some ongoing constructions in the building we needed to change rooms but a quiet room was provided instantly.

Nice Big room. The elevator is very small. The fridge is not balanced and there seem to be something broken with the coffey maker. But other than that the staff was very nice and informative and the hotel was Well situated. We had a good stay at the hotel.

Clean suits,easy to find and good transport connection, there is a good WiFi and bar, as well in the room there's coffee/tea and water. It was a bit noisy because of the neighbours and the trams outside. I didn't have the opportunity to try the breakfast as I had to check out very early. In general I am happy with the experience

Hotel Miramonti was fine for a group travelling on a mixed budget - perfectly clean with helpful staff and delivered everything promised. Not glamorous, but thats not the market. Location is a tram ride, not a walk, away from the centre but very well served by that tram.

Right in the middle of the city. 10-15min drive to outlet. Room was huge with small balcony. You have the option to pay for hotel or park at the street (depends on availability). Breakfast spread was good. 10/10 would recommend.

We stayed here for 4 nights. We were on floor 6 where we had no issues. We had a small balcony which looked out over towards the mountains. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Location some would say is an issue but not for us. There is a tram stop just outside the hotel into the city centre. Great value for money.

What a place. The photos don't do it justice. I stayed here for 10 nights in March and it was fantastic. The style is typical of the area. The staff could not be better. Stopped here at the beginning of our holiday in February. Really good location, about 10 mins walk from the main train station. And lots of restaurants and mini markets near by. All the staff in the hotel are very friendly and happy to help with local advice. Good range of food for breakfast including Gluten Free options. Then a good base to explore the central shopping area and palace.

It is a great place to stay in Turin, quiet and clean room, very kid friendly and friendly staff. My husband said if the breakfast has a bit better coffee quality, that would be just perfect. Well, we are in Italy, coffee drinker country, that will be good to have a good coffee for a pleasant morning :)

European-style main room with high cost performance

The location is good as it is close to the city center however the area from the to hotel to the city center (around 200m) is full of drunk people and doesn't suit families coming back walking from the center during the night time

Next to Turin north station, it's a convenient place to stay if you need to catch the train. Rooms were clean but nothing to write home about. Cost of staying was reasonable and the staff was accommodating and friendly.

Modest hotel, relative clean. Interior carpet damaged at many points, wc lacking with towels, damaged lighting. WiFi can be occasionaly very slow. Use to be better in the past.

The hotel is in a great position very close to the main train station. Very comfortable rooms (mine had a jacuzzi also!) and the staff is very professional. I enjoyed my time here, it seems like it was a really fancy hotel but now it has to be a little renovated in details Definitely reccomended.

It's on the nicer side as Holiday Inns go. My room and bathroom were large and clean. It's just a few meters from the main train station of Turin and is easy walking distance from the main part of the city. I'd go back with no hesitation.

Great location, spacious rooms, decent Breakfast and no crowding of sufferers. Calm polite staff, but with a fridge in the room had trouble - was disabled. There is a Russian channel. Internet solid 4, it was necessary periodically to connect again. The only noise from the maids in the hallway. Great bed, good linen, pure all-match mark.

Great location; hotel is worn out and needs to be updated. The location of this hotel is it's greatest feature. It's walking distance to shops and historical places and close to the train station. The service was pretty decent, everyone was pleasant. The place smells like cigarettes as soon as you walk into the lobby and it pretty much lingers throughout the hotel. Our room though did not smell....

We had a fantastic stay in the hotel very helpful staff here. The food was really nice and a great selection. Location was perfect as it's in the centre of town the design was a modern and stylish. We will be back next time we visit turin.

Everything you get is in the name… the rooms are super basic, the fact you leave your room key at the front desk is beyond me. There is ZERO security as you come back say your room number and with no identification they hand you the key. You could easily say a different number to each different employee and steal from other rooms. Granted the hotel room was clean ! Just not the experience I wanted...

Great location in city centre, nice staff, quite a wide range of continental breakfast included, quite & tidy room. Walking distance to many attractions, restaurants & café in neighbourhood, supermarket downstairs. Downside: no air con (with ceiling fan), it's ok in June at night. TV only has Italian channels, no English ones.

Stayed here a few nights and enjoyed it. The room (#307) was modern, comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet had enough to choose from and staff were friendly and helpful. Contrary to its name, the hotel is quite big.

This is a small hotel in a separate building than the main hotel, right around the corner. Check in was at the main front desk as was breakfast. Check in was swift and polite. Room was fabulous. large, bright with frescos on the ceiling and a large, comfortable bed. Bathroom was also very large with a fabulous walk-in shower. Only complaint with the shower was it needs a light as it's a bit dark,...

Room was clean but...Toilet seat was very loose so we had to be careful, bidet actually rocked on the floor. The shower head would not stay on the wall as the hook spun around, spraying water around the room, so showers were only hand-held. My room has several issues, including a water leak on the floor, cold shower, and no soap. When I asked the staff to fix these issues, nothing was taken care of, nor did they even feel a need to apologize for it. The rooms are reasonably sized, but the walls were dirty. Breakfast was not good. The fruit were old and partly rotted. There were no vegetables. There bread was not fresh.

The location is great! The room was pretty nice with the window facing an older cathedral and blue skies. The staff was extremely helpful and proactive. There areas to play pool as well other games and overall the environment is very bright and cheerful! I would love to return again soon!

This hotel was just opposite the main train station and few minutes walk from the Cathedral square. The staff personnel were very friendly. Good breakfast. Very cosy room, comfortable bed. Close to Porta Nuova Station, convenient transportation, close to the Royal Palace of Turin and the Egyptian Museum, within walking distance. The breakfast is OK. The price is affordable. The surrounding environment is also relatively safe.

Great Location the room was very basic and quite worn down. biggest problem was the amount of noice during the night. the room had no insolation so felt like trying to sleep in the middle of a train station with a lot of commotion since you could here the other guests in the other rooms all the time and the traffic outside even though all doors and windows were closed
