Federica was an awesome host, very friendly and happy to help with directions and advice on getting around. Room was perfect, cleaned daily with a coffee machine and fully stocked fridge just outside the door. There is a metro station just outside the building as well.

Feel better than at home. Enjoy the city. Not having to worry about ANYTHING so stay at the il gioiellino.

Hi. I Stayed at the bed and breakfast for 3 weeks this summer while studying at IED Turin. It was a fantastic experience, so inviting, warm, and comfortable stay. Not only was the room extremely cozy, there was also Air conditioning which most of my friends did not have, but the biggest take away is the heart warming nature of the host. She is so caring, kind, and helpful whenever you may need. Breakfast is provided every morning, and the room is cleaned and set back to perfection before you will arrive back into your room.
All in all, this has been such a great experience that this B&B almost became a second home to me. I miss the host, and the room, and location is very convenient. The room is 30 feet from the Metro as well as Tram ride, SO this makes it one of the most accessible locations, in a good part of town. Places near Porta Nuovo can be unsafe at night, but this location is perfect and safe.
I Highly recommend this B&B if it is within budget. You will enjoy the hospitality and service, and comfort of the room to the fullest.

We really enjoyed our time in Torino! Federica is just the lovelies host, with a beautiful home. We were welcomed warmly, given a map and answers to our questions, and shown to a perfectly appointed room. Breakfast was out of this world - delicious and so well presented. Federica is just the right balance of friendly and helpful, without ever invading privacy or making you feel like you have to talk.
The city is really wonderful. Il Gioiellino is in a charming old building, on a street of beautiful buildings with blocks and blocks of arcaded sidewalks. The whole city is like that - wonderful architecture everywhere you look. Plenty of little sidewalk cafes and gelateria, wonderful restaurants and museums, a very easy to navigate Metro.
We stayed in many nice places while in Italy, but Il Gioiellino tops the list!
