At first glance, when you arrive at the old building near Piazza Garibaldi, it is unpleasant, instead, going to the rooms negates everything new and technological international breakfast in the morning

We would never have thought, looking at the door, to find ourselves in such a wonderful place as this. Welcomed professionally and competently, the room as clean as it was beautiful, excellent breakfast and kindness from the girls who made the coffee. Would recommend to anyone passing through Naples.

I appreciated the beauty of the rooms, the result of a renovation done with good taste, and the general cleanliness of the rooms and of each area. The staff was of a truly exquisite kindness. The rooms are very comfortable and shine like mirrors. Super comfortable bed and absolutely new both the mattress and the pillows. Very convenient location to the station.

This is described as 4 star hotel on Booking.com, and we paid ~$350 USD for one night (Oct 2024). The room looked newly renovated and the bathroom was spacious, but this hotel is 2 stars at best. There were 3 hangers in a room for 3 people, there was no safe for valuables, nor closet (just a shelf with a rod), and there was a foul smell coming from the plumbing. There were only bed sheets on the beds, but no blankets or comforters.
We were also told checkout was at 10:00 AM.
One redeeming quality: the included breakfast is great and has a variety of pastries, eggs, and local food.
Beware: This is not a 4-Star hotel. Not to mention the unpleasant neighborhood it is situated in (homeless people everywhere near the train station).
Extremely disappointed especially at the higher end of the prices and false advertising.

Location is close to central station.
The rooms are nice but there is little insulation to stop noise. One can here walking in the halls, doors closing etc.

Very friendly staff especially Giovanna who took the time to answer all our questions and directed us to some of the local attraction and restaurants. Rooms were great, comfortable and clean a real pleasure would definitely make it a place to stay in the future.

Hello, we would like to stay one more night in Naples. We would like to book a room for 2 people at Hotel Sant'Angelo today, 10/08/24. I have a question, what is the difference between Hotel Sant'Angelo Palace and Sant'Angelo Suites? Rooms and breakfast and everything looks the same.

Location: Unacceptable. Located in an unsafe and run-down neighborhood with a lot of nuisance.
Rooms:
* Very unpleasant.
* Bad beds.
* Unsafe shower with visible electrical cables (see photo).
* Broken hairdryer.
* Smelly bathroom with gas odor.
Breakfast: Mediocre to bad.
Facilities: Poor internet connection.
Overall impression: This hotel is an absolute disaster. The location is unsafe, the rooms are unpleasant and the facilities are unacceptable. The breakfast is mediocre to bad and the bathroom is unhygienic and smells like gas. I strongly advise against this hotel.

In my opinion this is not 4 star hotel but 3 plus. If you travel a lot you will see the difference. Very very nice hotel staff. The hotel room is modern, recently renovated with a very big TV. Unfortunatelly there is not a nice smell coming from the bathroom so you have to close the bathroom door to avoid the smell. The hotel location may not appear for the 1st look very safe but its safe and vibrant. You walk only few minutes to Napoli Centrale, to the port of Napoli is about 3 km and to the spanish quartier is about 2,5 km. The bus stop of Ali Express to the airport is also just few minutes walking. Enjoy your stay in Napoli.
