-Good & convenient location, friendly, professional staff, cozy hotel.
However, our room was just above the canal to lagoon entrance, which at first sounded romantic; however it was extremely busy all night: non stop traffic of the incoming water cargo, etc. Sleep was interrupted many times, and the sound isolation was very weak.

We did not stay here but they were very kind and let us use their phone for free to call out credit card. (Beautiful location too!!)

Great location on the sea front, perfect for sightseeing and close to Vaporetto stops. Lots of restaurants locally and less busy if you want a quiet meal. 5 minutes from St Marks Square.

Friendly staff and very accommodating. A privat boat stop at the rear. For taxis and such. The rooms smaller but clean-ish. Bit dusty. Good shower . I personally wished for a bigger duvet. Location is top. Out of the mass tourism and still walkable to major attractions.

This was a great little hotel
A stones throw away from the main square and very close to Arsenale station.
The room was small but decent, we also struck luck with the window facing the sea
The staff was very polite and helpful
The breakfast was simple but plenty of it
I will definitely visit again
