This is by far the best hotel in Phnom Penh. The rooms are beautifully designed, extremely comfortable, and make you never want to leave. The hot tub is wonderfully relaxing, and the décor throughout the hotel is elegant and inviting. I always look forward to staying here and wouldn’t consider anywhere else. The breakfast service is excellent, with professional and attentive staff. The security guard is friendly and helpful, and the reception team are consistently professional and courteous. A truly outstanding hotel experience every time.”

My second stay within 4 months and it already feels like home. I had the same room and just loved the experience. The wonderful staff headed by Mr Eric were all so welcoming. I also got to know the area more which is a bonus. I have nothing to complain about and look forward to my next stay there.

An absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful on WhatsApp (which is super useful for tourists!).

We arrived early in the morning on the night bus from Siem Reap, and since our room was vacant the night before, they allowed us to check in early which was an absolute godsend. Got a very good night sleep on one of the comfiest beds we've slept in.

Breakfast was fabulous too. Fresh pastries in the buffet with salads, cheeses, etc. and a selection of hot dishes to choose from the menu as well.

All in all, a wonderful experience. Night and day compared to our horrible stay at a different hotel in Siem Reap!

The hotel has few rooms, but the hygiene is in place. The restaurant downstairs is very good. The breakfast buffet is also delicious. You can order lunch and dinner. One night I went down after 9pm and there was still food. The price is not expensive for the local area. , the environment is beautiful, it is convenient to go anywhere, and even the security at the door is better.

This is a boutique hotel. It has 12 rooms only. It is rated 4 star and that is due to the fact it has no pool or gym. The rooms are better than most of the 5 star hotels I have e stayed in. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was included in the amazing restaurant down stairs and it was a real pleasure to stay there and I officially have found a new home when in Phnom Penh. The hotel once belonged to the American embassy and the quality still shines through. I particularly liked the oversized bath which 4 people at least could fit in. Special thanks goes out to the restaurant manager, Eric who never can do enough for his guests. A true professional. As Arnie once said,”I’ll be back!”

Arunreas Hotel exceeded our high expectations and it will be our first choice next time we visit Phnom Penh. We appreciated the upgrade to a spacious Grande King Room with a Plunge Pool and the wonderful attention from all the team starting with a welcoming email from Linda Cheng upgrading our accommodation, friendly fast check in by Lisa and exceptional service in the attached Khema Restaurant by all the team. The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed, very good Airconditioning, wooden flooring, large bathroom with walk in shower and the rare treat of our own plunge pool. The daily breakfast in the on-site Khema restaurant was amongst the best we’ve enjoyed in any hotel and the two dinners were as good as higher end french restaurants in France. We would gladly recommend Arunreas Hotel to family and friends and look forward to our next stay. Thank you Linda and team for looking after us and making it a memorable experience.

Changed rooms 3 times - Toilet broke in first room, safe not working in second room. Third room ok.
Breakfast average , breakfast staff below average. Very unlike the normal Khmer happy attitude. Perhaps Conditions not all as they should be !!
