Meticulous room service: The room service responded very quickly. When they needed extra pillows and towels, they were delivered within a few minutes; the room was cleaned and tidy every day, and the items were replenished in time.
Ubiquitous care: What impressed us most was the hotel staff's awareness of proactively discovering needs. Seeing that I was a little confused holding a map, the concierge took the initiative to ask and provide suggestions for the best route; the restaurant waiter noticed the taste of the elders in the same group, and took the initiative to recommend more suitable dishes and adjust the methods]. This kind of heartfelt care far exceeds the standardized service process. Of course, the hotel's facilities are also great, but the warmth of Maxx Phnom Penh Downtown's service is the core that really makes this place different.
