This hotel was clean, well appointed, in a great location and the staff were helpful, attentive and friendly.
It is hard to find anything at all to fault! The roof terrace is stunning.
When we stayed the majority of the guests were middle aged US, Canadian and Australian with a light dusting of British - I mention this soley to indicate that if party atmosphere are what you are after, this may not be the place for you. This is a place for a more relaxed, luxurious stay.

A beautiful hotel, very grand looking with a stunning roof top. Expensive to eat and drink here. Our room was smallish but comfortable.

Nice Anik Palace Hotel is truly a gem in the heart of Phnom Penh. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with warm smiles, professional service, and genuine hospitality. Check-in was fast and efficient, and I immediately felt that I had chosen the right place for my stay.
The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and all the amenities I needed were provided. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the high-quality linens to the well-designed bathroom with a great shower and excellent water pressure.
The facilities at Anik Palace Hotel are outstanding. The rooftop pool is a real highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere and great views of the city. It is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Phnom Penh. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the spa area provides a peaceful environment to relax and recharge.
Breakfast was another strong point. There was a wide variety of both local and international options, all fresh and tasty. The staff in the restaurant were attentive, quick to refill coffee, and very friendly, which made each morning a pleasant experience.

Great rooms and excellent showers in the en-suites. The only 2 things that let this hotel down is the lack of daylight in 40% of the rooms due to windows opening to a void and the hot breakfast. The hot breakfast on the buffet is stone cold, but once the waiting team reheat your selection, it’s great. The rest of the buffet is good and the coffee excellent.

Hotel is really nice, staff are very friendly, happy hour is good value. The gym is fantastic, I’ve been on a 3 month trip across Asia and this is the best gym I’ve had by far. The rooms are spacious and very clean, nice hot and powerful shower as well. The only negative was that the tv was broken during my stay but I’ve not downgraded the review because I didn’t really need it.

Quarantine stay at the hotel. Anik Premier room. Unique design with comfort. 4/5 for cleanliness. 5/5 for quarantine food (can also be ordered from the regular menu). 5/5 for service. I recommend it to everyone.

Anuj Palace is currently a quarantine hotel. We were lucky to be accommodated there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They said we weren’t really meat so they replaced it with fish. The food was generally very good, with fruit included with each meal. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kettle allowed us to make tea and we were given plenty of complimentary bottled water. The shower was one of the best in the hotel. There were enough outlets to charge our electronics. While two weeks in a single room isn’t ideal, we still consider ourselves lucky to have spent that time at Anik Palace. Once the quarantine restrictions are lifted, this will be a good place to stay as it is centrally located.

Best hotel for quarantine. Fair price but 5 star food and facilities. Anik team will provide every guest with 5 star service in a professional manner. I will come back and stay in this hotel Anik Palace after the pandemic. Thank you very much to all the staff and management of Anik. You made my stay enjoyable.

Me and my partner arrived at the hotel and were greeted very warmly with a cold towel and fruit juice. The staff then informed us they didn’t have our reservation (dispite us having paperwork as evidence). Their solution was for us to call the travel agents back home which we couldn’t do due to the time difference and the fact we had our UK phones. The hotel staff then said we can use their phone but for a charge. 20 minutes passed and they magically appeared with our room keys saying “they’d found the booking”. Got to our room and all was well. The next day we went out and returned to find our power had gone in the room, we sat there watching 3 guys working in the ceiling to then be relocated to a different room. The new room absolutely stank of stale cigarettes which we think was coming from the air con. Each morning we were awoken early with cleaners shouting at each other in the corridor. The rooftop terrace was lovely and the hotel is in a cracking area which is such a shame considering Cambodia is an amazing country.
I don’t usually leave reviews but definitely consider a different hotel in the area. Me and my partner feel this “palace” has ruined our experience of the country. Even an apology would have improved our mood as we understand it is an old hotel and there are issues which can’t be avoided, but the worse part was the absolute lack of empathy towards the guests and willingness to help when issues were reported.
