Quarantine stay at the hotel. Anik Premier room. Unique design with comfort. 4/5 for cleanliness. 5/5 for quarantine food (can also be ordered from the regular menu). 5/5 for service. I recommend it to everyone.

Anuj Palace is currently a quarantine hotel. We were lucky to be accommodated there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They said we weren’t really meat so they replaced it with fish. The food was generally very good, with fruit included with each meal. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kettle allowed us to make tea and we were given plenty of complimentary bottled water. The shower was one of the best in the hotel. There were enough outlets to charge our electronics. While two weeks in a single room isn’t ideal, we still consider ourselves lucky to have spent that time at Anik Palace. Once the quarantine restrictions are lifted, this will be a good place to stay as it is centrally located.

Best hotel for quarantine. Fair price but 5 star food and facilities. Anik team will provide every guest with 5 star service in a professional manner. I will come back and stay in this hotel Anik Palace after the pandemic. Thank you very much to all the staff and management of Anik. You made my stay enjoyable.

Me and my partner arrived at the hotel and were greeted very warmly with a cold towel and fruit juice. The staff then informed us they didn’t have our reservation (dispite us having paperwork as evidence). Their solution was for us to call the travel agents back home which we couldn’t do due to the time difference and the fact we had our UK phones. The hotel staff then said we can use their phone but for a charge. 20 minutes passed and they magically appeared with our room keys saying “they’d found the booking”. Got to our room and all was well. The next day we went out and returned to find our power had gone in the room, we sat there watching 3 guys working in the ceiling to then be relocated to a different room. The new room absolutely stank of stale cigarettes which we think was coming from the air con. Each morning we were awoken early with cleaners shouting at each other in the corridor. The rooftop terrace was lovely and the hotel is in a cracking area which is such a shame considering Cambodia is an amazing country.
I don’t usually leave reviews but definitely consider a different hotel in the area. Me and my partner feel this “palace” has ruined our experience of the country. Even an apology would have improved our mood as we understand it is an old hotel and there are issues which can’t be avoided, but the worse part was the absolute lack of empathy towards the guests and willingness to help when issues were reported.

Anik Palace hotel is a stunning property in the heart of Phnom Penh.
Rooms are large, clean and staff are so kind and friendly.
Room top pool is a great place to unwind after a day exploring the city.
At present (June 2025) the Spa, Sauna and Gym are being removed - pretty much everything on level 1 however they offer in room massages and we didn't want to use the gym so no real biggie for us.
Breakfast was gorgeous, beautiful selection, fresh made to order eggs and array of fresh fruit, cereals, pastries and cold meats.
Highly recommend 👌

Recently, I conducted a training program at Anik Palace Hotel, the experience, services, foods, and equipment exceeded the expectations. Our training is entirely based on the huge screen. With the huge LED screen has enhanced our learning experience. Our participants complimented on this point also.
The entire conference room is well-maintained, and equipped with the latest technology. The sound system is clear with adjustable bass. The laser pointer is clear and comfortable to use. The hotel technical staffs are always stand-by to address all the unexpected technical difficulty. However, I can say that there is no difficulty at all during the 8 days of the training programme. The basement for parking is reasonably convenient for vehicles.
All the staffs are superb, friendly and always proactive in supporting me. The refreshment is always on time. With all of this experience, I decided to choose this hotel for another training lately.
The swimming pool at the rooftop accompanies with City view. Our participants also enjoy the view during the conference break as well. I would recommend the sky bar for any receptions.
In conclusion, I confidently say that this hotel deserve 5-star rating. I truly recommend to everyone who looking for a place to host a evening reception, networking session, or training place.

My friend and I stayed at Anik Palace Hotel, Cambodia, in November last year for three weeks. This was our second time in the Anik. Our holiday was amazing and we are going for four weeks in September this time. The hotel is situated in a nice area quite near central market which we love. The hotel decor is in 1700 style French renaissance and is quite unique. Housekeeping staff keep the rooms immaculate and nothing is too much trouble. The reception staff and management are exemplary and all will go the extra mile. Cambodian people are so genuine and friendly and make you feel safe. The last week of my holiday I was unwell and the management and staff were very caring and concerned about my health. This hotel deserves the highest review possible in my opinion.
