Stayed three nights here in a suite. The room was stunning. During our stay we experienced some excellent service including the delivery of lovely desserts to our room. This hotel is stunning with its architecture and grounds. We really enjoyed the pool area and service around the pool was consistently great. Breakfast was nice. The only difficulty was in our check out experience but after some long discussions this was resolved. Other than that this was a great stay in our three month tour of Cambodia.

A wonderful stay in this charming iconic hotel, where the staff is so attentive, the pool extraordinary and the food delicious. The hotel is ideally located in a quiet area near the Mekong. I can't wait to come back.

If I could give this more stars, I would. The setting, the beautiful pool, room, food, old world charm, elegance, local music at night in a the lobby, amazing concierge who will do anything to make your stay that little bit lovelier, all hotel staff who make you feel like the most important person in the world, the central location, incredible breakfast including locally made dishes to order, European meals and self-serve Tatinger champagne…. so luxe. Loved our night swims in the warm pool, this hotel is very special. Truly the most beautiful hotel in the world. Thank you for looking after us🙏 .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Raffles Hotel Le Royal. The service, breakfast, restaurant, pool, amenities and overall experience were all outstanding. Srey mom Butta was very attentive and exemplified the high quality of service we received from all staff throughout the week of our stay.

Absolutely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It is a beautiful and peaceful hotel with so many luxurious features, too numerous to mention them all. Assistance was provided by the most helpful and attentive staff. We had cocktails in the Elephant Bar (gorgeous), daily breakfast buffet (fantastic) and my friend treated us both to dinner on one night, then lunch the next day at the new Restaurant Le Royal which was prepared by Michelin star chef Nicolas Isnard. The set menu lunch was exquisite. Loved every minute of our short stay and will return in the future. Well done to the team who run this hotel - Bravo!

An iconic building and hotel in Phnom Penh. This classic colonial style facility with a superb service won’t disappoint you. All staffs were attentive. Room was spacious and super clean. 5-stars standard.
Room for improvement: Breakfast selection was a bit limited. The hotel is an old building so the windows is not quite sound-proof. Staying in the room could get noisy from traffic. There should be an iron and ironing board available.

We love raffles and the hotel did not disappoint. Unlike many hotels now, the gluten free choice on the menu was disappointing. Many restaurants will adapt offerings, but the response of “you can have the steak” lacked imagination. There were however 2 gluten free breads/muffins at breakfast which was refreshing. With little problem, grain flower can be replaced most things and most seasonings are available with gluten free options. But loved the hotel !

Excellent historical hotel of nearly 100 years.
Hotel management has done a great job in restoration and even building new rooms follow the style of 100 years old.
Fabulous food and drinks here too.

Raffles Hotel Le Royal was a true indulgence. The vintage vibes added a touch of class, and let me tell you, the food was next-level delicious. And the staff? Super friendly and always there to make sure everything was just right. It was like living in the lap of luxury, even if just for a little while. The front entrance isn't that big for a fancy hotel but it works. Plenty of parking spots for both motorcycle and cars.
What impressed me most was all the history and story of the hotel, dating back to a bunch of decades. The servers there were very well dressed. Good times.

Elephant Bar - good cocktails. The bar aircon is far too hot. Went to the toilets and the smell was disgusting. Highlighted it to staff who told me that staff are not allowed to use the toilets. This is Raffles and the toilets are so disgusting. Totally shocked and disappointed.
