From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. The breakfast is amazing, and lunch and dinner were just as impressive. My room was super comfortable, spotless, and well designed — a perfect place to relax after exploring the city.
The pool area is cozy and inviting, great for unwinding. And the FiveFive Rooftop Bar is truly outstanding — delicious cocktails, a great food menu, and without a doubt the best views in the city. The atmosphere is even better on weekends with the DJ creating the perfect vibe.
Overall, a wonderful and memorable stay. Thank you to the Hyatt and your amazing team for making the experience so enjoyable!
This property is so beautiful and the staff are amazing! We only stayed two nights, but we fell in love from the moment my partner and I arrived!
The attention to detail here is unmatched! When we arrived we were greeted by Monita, Chariya, and Saman! They helped us with our bags and showed us around the property!
The hotel itself mixes both modern and old french architecture together, as the lobby sits in a building that is over 100 years old and from my understanding was home to many princesses!
Our room was beautiful and overlooked the swimming pool and we had views of the royal palace! They also gave us a beautiful cake for my birthday and anniversary!
The food on the property is also very delicious and the lovely ladies working there made every meal special! Thank you to Sreyneang and Leakhena!
I will absolutely return again! Also, we were able to catch the Christmas tree lighting experience, which the GM and the marketing team did an outstanding job putting together!
My room on the 12th floor was nice size with good A/C. WiFi worked good. The bathroom water pressure was great but I had an issue with scolding hot water. The temperature would change while taking a shower. This needs to be fixed.
My room faced the north of Phnom Penh and this side of the hotel they are constructing a new building. So every morning at 650AM they started to pound with hammers and jack hammer. Very very noisy and you could not sleep anymore.
I’m disappointed the hotel currently has no notice of construction issues on the back side of the building. This is very unfortunate they are not telling guests.
The club lounge is above the check in area look for the photos black and white floor. They are only open in the afternoon and breakfast is served in the main cafe area.
First morning I was at breakfast they forgot my eggs. They never brought them. A F&B supervisor tall with glasses was publicly berating a female employee. I watched him for 3 days and he was very mean to staff.
I would strongly suggest to the GM that this FB supervisor be given direction as not to yell at staff in front of hotel guests. It’s very unprofessional.
The gym and men’s locker are nice. Nobody was there. Steam. Sauna and jacuzzi with lockers are provided.
The roof top bar and lounge is nice. Floor 14 if you have time go for a visit.
Overall it’s a nice hotel but I would not pay top dollar for it. Especially with the construction which will most likely be going on for the next year.
If using Hyatt points give it a go.
My first room smelled very heavily of mildew - so much so that it was difficult to sleep. I understand it's hard to maintain in such a humid environment. The staff were very helpful though and immediately moved me to a new room.
Also the rooftop is a must!

Execution Suite 1209 is very spacious with amazing view of the Royal Palace. Spotless clean and the house keeping doing super nice job.
Laundry service is really good and on time.
Reception staff are very helpful making the check in and check out very fast and easy.
