Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh

Went for the Mexican week set menu for lunch and it was exquisite. The stand out was the starter bean soup... Every drop was delicious. Being able to dunk the absolute freshest bread you can find in the city to make sure you got every drop of flavour was an added bonus. No matter if you choose 2 or 3 courses... Its a steal. Amazing

It’s a cozy hotel with a hall for a concert. Securities are all in post so u can feel safety. Nice ambiance very classy! Food was serve on a reasonable prize.

The food was delicious and the prices were quite reasonable. He had a burger for $13 and it came with a baked salad. My friend got a salmon dish that was only $11. The atmosphere was cool and spacious. The service was good. The bread and biscuits as appetizers before the meal were buttery, crispy and delicious.

We were only in Phnom Penh for an overnight and I wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel has this regal, colonial feel to it, while still having a vibe on the modern side. I don't know how the staff could have been more welcoming and accommodating; Everyone seemed really interested in making sure we enjoyed our stay, even though we were only there for a few hours overnight.

Hopefully we'll make our way back here for a longer stay.

The place cannot get any better. By far the best Hyatt I have stayed at. All the staff were amazing and helpful. Everything was just perfect.

Stayed here for 4 nights on my visit to Cambodia.
I wanted to move in and not leave! It was amazing!

Staff are super friendly, service is amazing, food in house is delicious and the drinks are plentiful!

The pool was closed for renovations on our last 2 days here, but they took us to another hotels pool - it was an infinity pool, 28 floors up !! Wow!

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, and the whole experience was next level !

Thereafter, migrate down to the Metropole Underground Bar for an incredible Roaring 20's themed Jazz experience 👌🏼
Definitely recommend a night out if you are in Phnom Penh.

This is easily the best hotel I’ve stayed in Phnom Penh - perfect blend of modern structure and heritage French colonial bungalow in one…

The room is spacious and offers a beautiful view of the city, while also coming with speedy and stable WiFI (a necessity during my business trip)… Not forgetting the lovely swimming pool as well as large wellness area with a nice Vitality Pool (AKA jacuzzi) and Experience Shower to relax after the swim…

While there were two F&B outlets, we only ate at the Market Café for breakfast and this was good - especially when we can find lots of pork items that are rare in Malaysian and Singaporean hotels (due to Halal regulations)… Too bad we didn’t get to eat at the 55 Rooftop Restaurant as that place has great nighttime views of the city!

And what about the location? The Hyatt Regency is smack opposite the popular National Museum of Cambodia while also a short walk from the Royal Palace and many food outlets also… And to go further afield, the hotel can arrange for transport or you can just walk outside and get a Tuk Tuk, if you’re feeling adventurous…

The best hotel I've stayed at in Cambodia :) Every staff was warm and helpful, they gave suggestions without being obnoxious about it. I loved the various facilities and the choice in bathroom amenities. Buffet breakfast and dinners were all top notch. I think this will be definitely our spot when we're back in Phnom Penh!

The staff are very hospitable, If you come across a lady called MONITA you’ll know what I mean. She was amazing, she gave us tips to our next destination (Siem Reap) , shared about Cambodia culture and went the extra mile to check on our transportation to Siem reap. We got an online booking of a bus and was not sure about the location, MONITA was so nice and she helped call the bus company .. so yea we really admired the fact that she went out of the way!

In terms of facilities, the rooms are very standard Hyatt regency style. If you’ve visited a Hyatt regency before then it’s all quite the same.

Housekeeping staff does an excellent job.

Only thing we couldn’t give 5 stars to is the Food, felt like it wasn’t very five star. The omelette was too tiny! :(

Location is great, it’s a few minutes from major tourist places like national museum, royal palace, independence monument.
