The reason for my low star rating is, I used their towel to wipe down their FILTHY balcony chair and upon check out they charged me $15 for the towel…. I noticed staff about the dirty chair and said I would clean it, not sure if it was a language discrepancy or something, but being shading charged $15 for cleaning their disgusting chair left me with a very negative view of this property.
It was great to have a balcony and watch all the Khmer New Year celebrations get underway!
The pool area was good and had a fantastic view of the city. The wasn’t towels when I went up one morning and the cushions on the lounges could probably do with being changed.
Staff were very friendly and lovely.
Overall, happy with my stay and the price.
