We stayed in a family room (9th floor) for 3 nights, two adults and 3 children.
The good:
General location is considered central, although quite far from thr river,.
2. The room was relatively big and spacy (2 bed rooms and living room, small kitchen, with 2 balconies), and the beds did feel comfortable.
The bad:
1. The alley entrance and the street (main rpad) are unpleasant , smelly , noisy, and not inviting. Garbage bags on the street and local food corners add to the aroma.
2. On the first night , after a strong rain, the entire street and alley were floded up to knee level, so we literally had to walk through dirt mixed with stage river to get back to the hotel.
3. The wi-fi disconnected on the first night and was never fixed during the 3 days of our stay.
4. There was a moderate sigarete smoke smell most of the time, although we couldn't track where from.

The location and quality of service are impeccable !
The rooms could use some improvement for the price. Very noisy due to the renovation work taking place every day at 7am impossible to sleep but this is temporary…

Very good value for money. Great staff. I am posting this so that others don't have the difficulty finding it that I did. It's 20m down a small alleyway. Look for the pink concrete structure by the small police station. The alley is just there. There is a sign above the alley. FYI, after the first time I felt safe in the alley. The hotel was quiet thanks to being down the alley.

Ants on the bed and the duvet
We checked in 2 nights ago and I got an allergic reaction first night (thought I was maybe allergic to the washing powder of the bed sheets), however last night we got bitten and discovered that the bed was full of very small ants. At 2.30 am we asked for a new bed sheet, but the man at the entrance said the housemaid was not there.
We caught some ants, we made photos and videos, and when we talked with the manager, he told it was our fault because we did not check the bed immediately when we check in. In addition he suggested that we should let the housemaid enter after only one night to clean everything.
Would not stay here as the tiny little ants on the bed may bite you, and is difficult to see them.
