I know the hotel does not allow pets but I did not stay there, I just took my dog to the vet and let my partner rest there alone. We paid extra $15 for early check in, total price is $65 but we did not stay the whole night, we checked out at 8pm. My husband just wanted a place to sleep while I was at the vet and when I came back to the hotel, the receptionist would not let me in the room. I replied nicely that it was ok, I just wanted to knock and call my boyfriend to open the door so that I could check out and go back. However, the staff spoke to me rudely and did not allow me to enter even though I told them that I would hold the dog in my hands and not put it on the floor. The staff told me to sit and wait here and call my boyfriend to come out and he ask for our room number. I said that I didn't remember the room number because when we arrived, I went out immediately and my boyfriend's phone couldn't be reached. If the phone could be reached, would I have to go and knock? Later, we argued for a while and he said, "Then go." I really didn't like the way that staff spoke. It was a bad experience and I will not stay there again.

They have communicating rooms which is nice for families.
The biggest drawback is the distance from the city centre.
