Hotel is situated in the city and has easy access to many amenities and attractions. The room is large and spacious. But traffic to and from the airport is heavy and slow. The facilities and furnishings are also old and poorly maintained. But still value for money.

Good enough hotel close to the train 🚂 station.

This is an old boutique hotel. The location is central. Walkable to Vattanac Tower, which is convenient for me and some good food shops at the back street. What coincidentally suits me is that at the ground floor of the hotel, right next door, is Amazon Café, a personal favorite coffee shop whenever I am in Bangkok or Vientiane and now also in Phnom Pehn. The hotel is woman-owned, the staff are friendly and accommodating and some of them speak English. The drawback is the musty smell in the lobby and in the elevators. On my 2nd stay, the elevator doors do not close immediately. I wasn't given late checkout consideration and had to pay for a 24 hrs. board that I didn't use. I am not staying here anymore and perhaps move to Hotel Sor next door on my next trip.

Two of the recipients girls are very bad for English, without understanding properly they reply and response that is every bad and difficult for the customers

Rooms very dirty bathroom full of hair, the 2 guys from the reception had no ideea what they were doing

The room is spacious with comfortable bed to sleep in. Also hv balcony to see city view

A budget hotel which has basic amenities but good location at downtown Phnom Penh

Spacious room, nice bathroom, clean. Overall nice facilities, but four stars because 7am seems a little late to start breakfast, there was no AC in the restaurant so breakfast was uncomfortably warm, and Wi-Fi was spotty at times. Overall a good choice for a stay.
