This hotel was in a great location and very close to a great coffee shop that had delicious food and drinks, including cocktails. The room was lovely and clean. Reception staff were very polite, and let us check in early and check out late. The pool was great and luckily for us, very quiet.

There is a bar street downstairs, which is a bit noisy; The room ceiling is dripping, the toilet is clogged, and the facilities are a bit old; For breakfast, you can choose 2 from the set menu, and take-out coffee or tea with honey and lemon, which is great value for money. The price is not expensive, it is very cost-effective, I will stay here again next time.

The place is ok ish. But the down stairs bar was a rip off. No wonder it was EMPTY . AND IT WAS NEW YEARS EVE.

This hotel is very well located. It is very close to the major attractions of the city. The rooms are quite frugal as far as facilities are concerned. The breakfast spread was ok. Perhaps for the price we paid we were expecting too much. One major discomfort was carrying the luggage over the steps leading to the lift. The hotel should consider providing a ramp.

This is the one of good hotel I ever meet. It is a quiet place for living in personally. The most interesting is Skybar, it didn't big one but we can sit and discuss sth, fresh air, reduce stressed and good for alone life and couple.

Nice and clean hotel. Looks exactly like the picture. Comfortable bed and very good quality mini fridge. There is no room service which means room does not get cleaned, only one roll of toilet paper was given. The water pressure in the shower is weak, could be better if there was pressure. It is a bit far out from the city center so that’s something to consider, taxi/tuktuk will be a bit pricey...

It is difficult to sleep due to the loud noise of the air conditioner motor and fan.

Good price for a fancy hotel right behind Bassac street. Friendly staff spoke English and easily accommodated my requests via message ahead of time. Nice massage inside and 2 pools including a rooftop pool with a bar! It has a 360 degree view. You can hear the live music down in Bassac street. Buffet breakfast was included! Very nice stay here!

We’ve stayed here several times to take a break from our everyday routine. The rooms are always clean, the staff are friendly, and the coffee is great. The rooftop pool is a bit small, but the view is absolutely wonderful.

I had issues with both the at con and hot water. Front desk advised me that it takes 10min to get hot. Really??? Even after 15 min I still only had warm water. It's nice hotel to stay and just need 15 minutes walking to ITC. But because it's close with Karaoke, it's little bit annoying at night, because the sound is louder enough.
