My partner and I are having a lovely stay. The hotel is quiet (not outside a noisy pub) and staff was professional and friendly. We have booked the place for an event later this year. This place is good value for money and the place is very clean and tidy. The team working here really do make the stay well worth it.

This is not a 5 star hotel. No electrical outlets by the bed for phones or CPAP. No extension cords provided. Would not turn on the AC in the gym when I asked. Gym equipment not cleaned. WiFi only works in the hallway not in some rooms. Did not refill drinking water or toilet paper in the room every day. Beds are old and hard. Only given 1 plastic room key and was told if we break it, we pay $10. Staff was not trained to provide good service.

Very disappointed. This hotel is dated but that's easy to ignore, what we couldn't ignore was the lack of service and extremely hard beds. We booked and paid for 4 nights and left after one night mainly due to lack of sleep caused by external noises and a very hard and uncomfortable bed. But also due to the non existence of bar service at the pool. It was a 80 metre walk across hot concrete to a bar.
This is an amazingly large hotel in a good location but it was almost empty. There was no bar service at the pool and also very little shade near the pool which was disappointing as it's a wonderful big pool. Right from the outset when we checked in the service was not great, we were sat in the foyer to wait and the front desk staff had very limited english. We were then expected to order our breakfast for the 4 days in advance (no buffet) and given breakfast vouchers. Next morning we asked the front desk if they had rooms with softer beds and we're advised they would speak to the manager. By 10 am nobody had spoken to us about the problem and we checked out and moved to another hotel. It pains me to complain about anything in Cambodia especially the people and staff, but after previously staying at a different Siem Reap hotel and moving to this one expecting it to be even better we were very disappointed. Weirdly, when we checked out 3 days early, the manager advised us he had added a topper to our bed to soften it, however no staff member had communicated it to us and by that time we had found another hotel.

Fantastic hotel, with excellent facilities and staff. The location is perfect in that it is very close to the town centre, but spacious, quiet and on the road to Angkor Wat. Could not recommend highly enough. A wonderful stay here that we extended twice from our original 5 days to a total of 10 days.

We stayed two nights here while visiting Angkor Wat. All the while, we couldn’t understand why it was not busier. This hotel is so underrated! The staff are so nice add friendly. Rooms and grounds are so clean! The pool is absolutely beautiful. There is a nice green space behind the pool area with a bridge and fish where they grow mangoes and jackfruit. Decent breakfast and enjoyable at the pool area. I guess it’s nice for us that it wasn’t busy and full of people! Prime location, there was a nice authentic Khmer restaurant that was less than 10 minutes walk away, convenience store and gas station less than 5 min walk.

Nice hotel, with big rooms. Over bath shower, which is not good for some people and staff seem a bit lacklustre.
Very convenient location close to town area but in a quiet area.
Nice big swimming pool but used by outside people, one day it was completely full of children from outside the hotel.
Breakfast adequate.

Lovely helpful staff, always on hand to help. Even when we arrived at 5AM after a night of travelling, they enabled an early check in

We loved staying here. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The massage was so good, didn't want it to end. The food and choices were great for breakfast and in the coffee shop. Was lovely relaxing by the pool and the bar.

the hotel it’s self was pretty nice and the pool was wonderful. the buffet was really good and enjoyed the food there almost every morning. but in my bed there were crumbs and stains even when we arrived and a few nights in I found a huge brown stain at the bottom of my sheet.
