The rooms are big but a little bit old, we can't use the TV in the room because it's complicated to use it. It was all good until there was a blocked out (no electricity) around 9pm and their generator was not working properly. I called the reception if they have a backed up generator and they said yes but their team still needs to check it out. After 15mins the generator was working, but it was on and off every 3 seconds for like 15x before it worked properly. The breakfast buffet was good, but we really enjoyed the food at Takezono Japanese Restaurant inside the hotel. Didn't get the chance to enjoy the sauna and hot&cold bath we were busy and tired exploring the temples. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Sokha Angkor resort in Siem Reap was beautiful place They are warm welcome to my family. Especially at the front desk they are so friendly and good communication. Ms Sarith and Mr. Souen are best staff and excellent. The bed was comfortable and beautiful. Pool was great and clean. And breakfast was very good.

There are many wonderful things about this hotel. The location is close to town. We enjoyed a nice breakfast that offered both Western and Cambodian options. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely committed to making sure we had an enjoyable time—from the warm welcome on arrival to our departure. Overall, we had a truly memorable stay. A big thank you to everyone, especially Vanna and sarith, for your outstanding hospitality during our visit."

I stayed two nights at this resort in Siem Reap, to check off a box on my bucket list, a visit to Angkor Wat and some neighboring temples. The hotel has polished hard wood floors throughout, including the rooms. It has a large, high ceiling lobby that is not only spacious, but also with perfect soothing lighting. Most impressive and Wow. The music is soft and at the right volume. And the magnetic decor highlights the rich history and culture of the Cambodian people. The rooms were also spacious with an huge king bed (must have been the royal version) accompanied with excellent amenities. This was the only place I ate at. The breakfast buffet, then lunch and dinner in the lounge. Their Jasmine Spa, is also high class (had two treatments there). Thanks Dame. Staff in all departments were friendly, kind and extremely respectful. Overall service was excellent, everyone making you feel comfortable and welcome. Another example of the high caliber of southeast Asian care and hospitality.

We love this hotel. The pool area is amazing, great selection at breakfast with chefs standing by to prepare eggs or soup, spacious rooms and best of all the staff are warm and welcoming. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Be sure to book tours through local drivers and tuk tuk to support the small businesses.

We stayed for 1 night. Great stay and location. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Vanna and Pheap helped our stay well. I want to give a special thank you to all the friendly staff during breakfast. Really friendly and attentive.
