Me and my family always staying at this hotel while we have flights, we always been satisfied with service and food. Definitely we will return again

Great location and price for the rooms. Overall location is great, the only negatives are that due to the age of the hotel rooms are not as clean as one can expect (but not too dirty either), food was decent (swedish breakfast) but I’d say that not all people will enjoy it. I would still recommend this hotel for short stays. Can’t comment on other services

Perfectly nice hotel. Despite being on the outskirts, the location was very good for us, since it's quite close to the main open air concert venue of Vilnius. Service is beyond supreme - a room with two separate beds was booked (the only one available at the time) and we were moved to a double bed room. Front desk clerk offered to bring breakfast at 3:30am, since we were leaving early.

In character with the country it is a little basic than most, but the room is serviceable with a bath/shower and a TV.But no tea-making facilities. But the food waas very good and the evening meal was a lovely 3 course meal.

Hotel workers speaks Polish and English, no problem with communication. All very helpful and answering all questions, even checking things on the internet for us. Rooms are clean, no mold in bathroom. Breakfast are price included, but they are average.

We not first time booked this hotel , this time experience was lowest , rude receptionist, also bar people refuse to change beer barrell not a good hospitality experience, also food menu reduced. Room experience was good as expected for the price , can't complain for hotel itself , only staff was not as good as past experience.

The room is quite warren off. Somehow I have got the room with very bad phone reception in it and poor wifi signal. At the bar there were bunch of aggressive looking men who were speaking and swearing a lot loudly. Next time I will think twice before choosing this hotel.

It was a nice stay. The hotel is close to the old town, railway and bus stations. The room itself was clean and quiet. We didn’t have breakfast there, but brought some pizza from a nice restaurant. I highly recommend it.

Rooms are big and clean. Single beds are small and mattress not high standard. Breakfast is relatively good but missing variety of bread and croassoint .Only boiled eggs no omelettes. They don't return items left in a room. I checked out and realised I left an important item to me in the room. (I was gifted that item in the room, so it didn't leave the room at all) I came back later on the same day and they said it's not found. I called them and said could you look for it and they didn't find it, so a cleaning person stole it. They just said maybe it's in the wash but was not found...

my own experience at this hotel was not nice. the room was fine, spacious, tidy. however, the linen was clean but old, toilet fixture did not work properly, furniture was old and no aircon in the room. breakfast does not have rich variety. hot items were almost non existent. plus points are convenient parking, quiet room, more or less friendly staff.

The guy at the reception was nice, and the location is not too far from the train station so quite central. The rooms were a bit "odd" (for some reason there was a window between my bed area and toilet) and smelled a bit odd in my case (I tracked it to a bag of incense on the toilet wall that smelled a bit weird), but were overall clean and I could not complain for the price. Everything is OK, it's a good hotel, except it doesn't have an air conditioner. In July it gets hot at night. If you open the window, moscitos come in. The only option you have, is to have an ice cold shower. I would recommend to choose a different hotel in July.

I ate chicken and it wasn't bad, but I wouldn't say it was something special. On the other hand side dishes were just fantastic, especially grilled and oven baked vegetables. Be cautious: banquets might take place on weekends, so expect slow service (we waited 1,5 hours to get our orders). Service is quite good, though.
