The hotel is located in a prime location but it has its own negatives, especially with families with small children. We were lucky to get a parking place, although we tried to reserve, but the hotel does not guarantee one. If you are travelling by car then please be informed that finding a parking place is nightmare here and expensive. The other issue we had was, we spoke with hotel 2 days before to have a third bed for our child but Hotel has informed either they will upgrade us or they will find an extra bed but after reaching the Hotel, they neither give us bed nor an upgrade blaming they are fully booked and all extra beds are taken. Very friendly staff told us that we can let our 10yrs child sleep with us in a double bed. We clearly said no and requested to speak with the manager. After waiting 30mins, they suddenly find a room with an extra third bed. I'm not sure how they managed, but it was not a good situation for all of us. So please look after when you book a room with a child. They can be tricky

The Hotel has seen ist best years decades ago. The rooms and floors need urgently to be renovated and the pool and gym too. The receptionist was very friendly and politefull but the service personal at breakfast the complete opposite. The coffe is terrible. Chairs and tableclothes dirty. The breakfast itself was more or less ok. Beneath the hotel is a construction side. Furthermore there is a stripclub. The music is loud until 1 o clock...

A Hotel with tiny carpark and tired rooms. The location gives you an illusion of fancyness, but the hotel is far from this.
Overall, it is ok for a quick trip to see Vilnius.

Appalling avoid at all costs. Pool lethally dangerous. Impossible to use as there are no steps and only a slippy metal ladders allows access. Also I would have thought it was an insurance and legal requirement to have installed non slip floor tiles in pool room.Temp in Sauna too low and no water or spoon in bucket. BedRoom was so cold. Heating was not on. I had to request to be moved. Which was a joke no help at all provided to make the move. The only redeemable thing was the breakfast was very good and the receptionist on check in had incredibly Fluent English and was very very friendly. Best Western Vilinus you need to up your game simply not good enough to advertise Spa facilities and then as a paying customer not be able to use them for Health and Safety reasons.
