Hotel is located in a very beautiful place, though a little away from the city center. Located in sprawling woods, almost like a forest, the surroundings offer eye catching scenaries. Near by is a small river which adds to the desirability of this hotel. How ever, I don't have much compliments to add about other aspects of the hotel. It is an old property. The room is relatively small, no sufficient storage facility for luggage. Bathroom too is small. We were a group of 37 tourists from India. Both breakfast and dinner we had here were below average. Those of us who couldn't enjoy the "so called local cuisine" had hard time consuming what was served. If you are just content with spending an evening in a real calm and quiet and peaceful place and don't bother about the room, the amenities and the food, this place may be ok for you. Otherwise, better to look for alternate options.

Nice, cozy hotel. Beautiful little river beach. There are plenty of outdoor activities for kids nearby. Service was excellent. I am giving 4 ⭐ only because the breakfast was underwhelming. I am allergic to eggs so I wasn't able to eat much. You do need to have a car in order to visit Vilnius. But it's nice to come back to this serenity. Added bonus for travelers, airport about 20-30 min away by car

Not very clean rooms, it’s in the middle of nowhere - very far from the city. Hard to find something to eat as the restaurant doesn’t work.

The hotel stay has been advertised as free cancellation and no prepayment needed. When I tried to cancel the stay I was refused to receive the refund and I was charged full price for the booking. I do not recommend. Misleading advertising and avoid.

Place as it self is nice. Been there several time within few years. Clean and tidy but breakfast 🤦🤦🤦..just wondering if manager of that place travells accross EU and „does his homework” cos i dont know how to describe their „morning food”..let say everytime when i go down to restaurant to eat breakfast and i see that food i feel like just back to early 90’ 🤦🫢.

There was written about possibility to attend sauna and pool, but in fact it does not work anymore. They could have informed about this on webpage before reservation and change service list, but they did not. That was unpleasant surprise for our company of friends. Everything else was perfect

Terrible experience. Seems to be nothing more to add, but... In the local version, toast with avocado is a mockery of the idea of brunch, in addition on the way you "lose" the egg that should have been there, the "natural" juice is "naturally from the package", etc. Total koshmar! The service is more or less the same in terms of service pace and quality (the ice cream "traveled" for about 25 minutes, after a reminder, no matter that max occupancy was40%). What is true that the waiters trying to be nice...:)

In a sudden situation, while working in TechArt, I had to find a place to sleep.
Park Villa was the nearest.
I'm glad I wasn't searching for anything more.
It is a very clean, nice place. Was very quiet in a room, and one can enjoy some birds singing through open window.
The person in reception was very professional, answered all my questions with ease.
For me personally, it is important a good water pressure in a shower and that cold would be COLD and hot would be HOT, couse i just LOVE contrast shower ;) so thumbs up for a good shower :)
The only minus I would give is breakfast quality. Maybe on my personal preferences... quality wasn't what I was expecting. All was ok, low range of possibilities to choose. And I don't know about you but it is just a hotel food. Couse sometimes you can get something more even in 3-4stars hotels. And maybe this reaction yo breakfast is because after a good service and clean rooms- expectation for food was hire. Also, I DARE to say to managers - don't put people in a basement... as I understood there's a place with a view to the forest, why should I spend time in a basement eating breakfast?
Though coffee was really good.
And parking is for free.

Very nice location who like’s to live out of center. Good breakfast I can give 3,5 stars, free parking, unfortunately the restaurant was closed and the room wasn’t really good and clean for room only 3 stars by the way the rest is good. But not 4 stars for hotel unfortunately of course if the owner will invest a bit then no problem but for today 3 stars max.
