The stay was very pleasant except for one night when the neighbor was having a party in the room nextdoor/wall. The hotel is clean and the rooms are very comfy. The bathroom was top notch. Breakfast was like English breakfast but coffee wasn't good enough for my standards (and for knowing how good coffee you can get from Vilna in general). I would come for another stay.

Good, comfortable stay in a super walkable part of Vilnius with several restaurants and cafes just around the corner. Appreciated having a check out time of 12 pm.

I visited Vilnius to see the city and run the marathon. Hotel Vilnia was fantastic. The location was perfect for the marathon and for traipsing around the Old Town. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was great, something for everyone. I will absolutely stay here again if I make another trip to Vilnius.

Really good hotel in a great location. Walking distance to most relevant places in the city, parking is right across the road and secure. The accomodation is good enough. The breakfast also good. The breakfast area is not clean. The sofas are very dirty there. In general the hotel policy is not to clean the rooms unless you ask something specific. The towels are very very old. They must be replaced immediately. If i visit Vilnius in the future, i will prefer to stay somewhere else. For sure it is a 3 star hotel.

It's in a great location, the staff are very friendly, and the former monastery has a magical atmosphere. The rooms are modest but comfortable. I think it's very good value for money. It's strange that you have to pay for breakfast every day in the dining room.

In the heart of Vilnius is this lovely hotel. It's in the old city, so a stroll into and back from the town take no time at all. If I came back to Vilnius I'd book to stay here again.

What you pay for is the location and you won't find a better one. I'm very glad I picked this hotel. The staff was very helpful and the room was as clean as you should expect. There isn't much more that needs to be said, it ticked all the right boxes and I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in the beautiful Old Town area!

Walking distance from Vilnius train station in a residential neighbourhood. While there were some public works ongoing during my stay, I imagine it would be quiet normally. Good restaurants are walking distance away. Staff were friendly and willing to help.

When we arrived at night the receptionist went out of her way to make sure we got a meal even though the kitchen was about to close. She also stayed late to make sure my husband got safely up the stairs to our room since he has limited mobility. The hotel is close to the airport and a 10-minute drive from the city center. Room facilities are basic; there are no shower caps, and the rooms are relatively small. The hotel's buffet breakfast is very generous. Another highlight is that free parking is available for hotel guests.

I stayed only one night, and walked from the airport to the hotel. I would say that the distance is walkable but not convenient with luggage. There is a large parking lot outside the hotel, which is convenient for parking. It is a bit far from the city center, so it is suitable for self-driving. I just think the light in the room is very dim, and I personally don't like this lighting effect.

Hotel managed to adopt to existing Covid-19 situation very well, made all stay contactless and I would say even more - humanless. Full self service with very friendly and helpful staff always on call if anything needed. Because of very few (or non at all) quests it feels a bit abandoned and lonely. But safe ;)

Pretty nice hotel, however because of coronavirus there isn't as much personal resulting in worse customer services. But overall everyone is nice and the hotel is clean even under UV light.

The property was okay and mostly clean. But the shower drain seems to be clogged because the water stayed in the shower for a long time. Except for the cleaning staff, we did not see any other staff. Thus we cannot judge any staff.

Great Hotel, nice view. Supermarket on the other side of the hotel lets you grab anything you need. The bedroom was a little dusty, but fine. Food is good. There is a sauna and a pool.

This hotel has only one advantage: it is close to the old town. The ground floor room is dark and smells musty, and the shower room is tiny. Breakfast is served in a small room where people jostle to get to the rather limited buffet. The staff are quite unpleasant. I do not recommend this place at all.

We really enjoyed our stay here. I had booked City Gate hotel mainly for the location. From the airport bus 88 took as pretty much in front of the door.
