This place definitely exceeded our expectations. Apartments are super nice and clean, balconies big with nice view. To the beach there is only 3 mins walk, and also there is a private beach for hotel guests. What really made an impression is how nice people the owner and staff are, always there to help and have a nice chat with you. But breakfast- it's out of this world! I've stayed in many hotels...

The hotel is very good and the price is very good. The only downside is that the location is not easy to find. At the entrance of the hotel, there is an alley, just turn in. The beach is right in front of the hotel, and the service attitude is very good. The room is big and has its own balcony.

We stayed here two nights. The apartments have functional kitchen and bedroom equipped with everything you need. Impeccably clean. Bathroom small but ok. Very nice and helpful owner. A stone's throw from the beach, the only flaw is that it is difficult to find an extra sign. It wouldn't be bad

My room was a bit dark but clean, with small kitchen, nicer bath, big balcony, decent internet but not really the international tv channels the site boasted. Most local and russian ones. Cleaning was fine. One longer power cut during the week. 80 meters to the beach.

The hotel is located in the small town of Zablik next to the Tomizar National Forest Park. The view is outside the window, and the room is small and cozy. I especially recommend the hotel for dinner. The beef is very good. We ordered another serving after eating it.

Great place. Spacious room with fireplace. Beautiful view. Good location not far from Black Lake. Not bad breakfast. Nothing supernatural but you won't go hungry. One minus is untrained staff. The fireplace started to smoke and smoke went into the room. The guy who came from reception didn't know how to fix it.

Location for the hotel was perfect for quiete winter holiday, relaxing place, meters away from the beautiful Sutomore beach. Very good quality breakfast and many choices of food. Staff and their service were superb, very friendly, helpful and courtious. Highly recommend for anyone, weather a couple, solo travelers or family holiday.

The location of this hotel is very good, right next to the World Cultural Heritage and close to the castle. The hotel rooms are not big, but they have balconies and elevators. There is a bar downstairs where you can have simple meals.

I stayed for 4 nights. It was very comfortable. Pool was clean. Hotel is located near to beaches. 5 mins by walking. 20 minutes for Old Town. Staff were very helpful. I only came for a few hours to use the spa facilities which were excellent along with the entire hotel; fit for royalty! The owner was generous enough to give me a brief tour and should I ever return to Montenegro, will definitely consider this accommodation especially as it’s central.

Perfect silent rest! Very comfortable and clean room, we enjoyed the food and especially the staff, they helped us a lot (to have the most delicious food, to have massage at Spa place, to get a taxi to Biogradska Gora). Good service at the reception and the restaurant. Unfortunately due to heavy snow, the power went out in the whole area. They have a generator, but it was stopping just as much as going. Due to the power outage some of the rooms were freezing cold, but in the the restaurant they made due and everything was served on time. Wery nice staff.

The hotel is located in the most beautiful location of Perast. Easy to reach, private parking is available. You are greeted with an incredible view as you enter the hotel. Monte bay retreat is just stunning. From the rooms to host with the most. I can not express how much I enjoyed my stay there. We had a very nice stay in Perast and the best Cappuccino. The staff is extremely friendly and the Chef in the Kitchen is awesome. We had a great dinner, breakfast and Lunch. In principle, it is correct. The accommodation is comfortable and most importantly clean. Most of the information from Booking is not correct and you should not rely on it. The hotel does not own or does not operate most of the parts that are in the description. The beautiful beach and the surroundings, the peace and clean sea can compensate disadvantages of the hotel.

Very good service and quality rooms. The receptionist was very friendly and very prepared which we haven't got the chance to have it in other places.At night he offered us free wifi from his phone since the weather was messing with the wirless signal.Breakfast was good as well.

We arrived without booking and still got perfect double bedroom room with parking and breakfast. We stayed at the Dream House Hotel on our 2 week tour of Montenegro. The hotel itself felt stylish and quite new. However, we would agree with other guests that soundproofing could be better. During our road trip through the Balkans, we stayed here for one night, and it was by far the most welcoming place we encountered all week. While the hotel is rated only three stars and isn't the most luxurious, the exceptional hospitality truly earns it an extra star. This was our favorite hotel in Montenegro. While in other places we experienced rudeness and disregard, this hotel had warm workers that were accommodating at every turn. Clean and pleasant. We love Chucho the house dog!

The hotel's breathtaking ocean views were simply mesmerizing. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing and being able to enjoy a cup of coffee while overlooking the sparkling blue waters was a dream come true. The room itself was elegantly designed with a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable.
