I must give this hotel 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
However, upon checking out, I noticed that I had been charged €25 instead. When I pointed this out to the front desk staff, Ms. FACO, and explained that I had booked breakfast at the €22 rate during check-in, she simply stated that there was no record of it and insisted that, according to hotel policy, I had to pay €25. While the difference is only €3 per person, if it is indeed Hilton Malta’s policy to make guests pay for the mistakes of their front desk staff, I will not be booking a stay here again. Additionally, I was dissatisfied with the way Ms. FACO handled the situation—her attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, making the experience even more unpleasant.
Aside from this issue, my stay was comfortable.
The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the view from the room was breathtaking, especially overlooking the stunning Mediterranean Sea. I appreciated the attention to detail, from the quality toiletries to the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water and a welcome treat.
Overall, Hilton Malta exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel. I can’t wait to return!
