This hotel is absolutely spotlessly clean. That includes the room itself and every aspect of the hotel.. The sheets and towels also are spotlessly clean. And the staff is very friendly. June 2024.

I need check in resit for claim..i call your hotel number but it invalid

The receptionist was ‘missing’, the credit card machine was broken. Payment cash was done but the hotel would not want to issue payment receipts when I asked them to do so because the staff that supposedly must be there are not at the reception desk for entire time including during check out.

Pillow was hard. I paid RM100 exclusive tax for 4msq single room no window with attached bathroom . Location wise is excellent, walking distance to KL sentral.

Cozy n neat room. Bathroom was neat. No window room. Excellent location.Kl sentral us just across. Lots of options for food around this place. If u plan to go around throughout the day n need rest only for the night it is a decent place. Budget friendly.
