Menginap utk urusan kerja di KL. Parking hotel agak limited but boleh parking di PWTC dan masih accessible to the hotel. Bilik okay la worth the price. Nyaman je utk tidur.

Our revisit and stayed in this hotel. The room looked like it was upgraded not long ago; the bath tub, toilet and shower facilities are clean and white, it comes with an emergency intercom in the toilet..
However, the pillows are small and soft and may be ok for local or asian guests.
The portable shower head water is irregular in temperature, from our setting it went from warm to cold, and we have to adjust frequently throughout the duration.Please note that if you have small children, do remember to do close supervision as it is very dangerous bathing with these irregularities of temperature.

bathroom & toilet + bathtub separated. Bed comfort and clean. Just didn’t provide any small towel/face towel (only bath towel provided) & front desk may need to improve their customer service (too serious & no thank you after check out). Utensils not really clean properly.

I would give 10 stars for this hotel. Their staffs are really really helpful.I arrived late at the hotel but there are few staffs already there and want to help me with the luggage. Parking area was strategic, you'll need to pay RM5 per entry.that quite expensive. Food was okay. The room is good. Watch out, the toilet in the room has no lock. They fulfilled our request. Good.

Reasonable price with good services, but the hotel is quite old fashioned. But so far I'm comfortable with it.

I recently stayed this hitel and unfortunately, my experience during check-in was not pleasant. The reception staff was not friendly and seemed unaware that my booking included breakfast—I had to inform them myself.
On the second day, my key card stopped working due to incorrect timing, which was inconvenient. The room itself was okay, but the shower had no hot water, which made my stay less comfortable. As for breakfast, it was just average—nothing special.
Overall, I expected better service and attention to detail. I hope the management improves these issues for future guests.

The hotel room is clean and comfortable to stay. Buffet breakfast was nice with many varieties to choose. Can walk over head bridge to subway putra mall which is very convenient. Highly recommended for staycation.

Friendly staff but they made mistake about room and they change instantly. Location was strategic. Near to Sunway Putra Mall. Walking distance. Pipe in the room very noisy when you guy open the tap. Such a disturbance. Sahoor buffet were standard and lack of taste.
