I stayed at this hotel for s night, i huess the room got refurbished. Some parts of the room looked old, some looked new. The amenities were good, everything you need is inside,such as iron, hairdryer, but the coffee and tea area was dirty. They didn't clean the drawer.. I was in room *007, spacious. The leather stool and toilet bowl were dusty, it shows that they hadn't had guests in a while. The lighting was good, except the makeup mirror area. Water pressure was strong, and the air conditioning worked well. The staff looked professional, and breakfast was good. There was a decent buffet spread.
at night, I heard walking sound,like 7steps, then silence for 10 seconds, followed by the same sound until I fell asleep. I also heard a chair moving here and there. This was around 11pm. Overall, I'd rate it 4/5. Extra towel cost 10 ringgit, and children had to pay for breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff are excellent. Very attentive, always smiling, always ready to assist. The rooms are large and well set out. The light switches take a little getting used to, some flip up and down, others, side to side, and some push in and out. The hotel, although dated, is well maintained.

Good place to stay. Can improve the bed seems quite old & not springy at all. The room smells smoke even through it was non smoking floor. The Service & staf was superb. The food also very good with good price & variety of them.

Straight to the point, excellent ! The hotel is still new. Other than that, cleanliness is the most important thing to me and I believe it is to most of all of you. The quality and the services provided which I have experienced was way far above a budget hotel as it describes itself. The staffs were so friendly and humble. It is definitely a first choice hotel for me as it is value for the money.

Really nice experience. Great location of the hotel - train station and big shopping mall are just next to it, not far away from city center. Staff is very welcoming and friendly, always tries to help. Rooms are bit dated but kept in a good shape. Excellent cleanliness. Had club lounge access and for me it was absolutely worthy. Chereza bar has a huge list of drinks but unfortunately many of them were not available when I tried to order them.

No hotel within the RM200-300 range can beat the convenient and comfortable room amenities, friendly staff, easy access, and superb dining experience. Next to the newly opened Sunway Putra Mall.

Initially planning to stay here for 2 nights then extended one more night because we really enjoy the hospitality here. Booked for two beds and requested for the city view. Not only we got both the requested but also they gave us an extra one bed. Maybe because they saw me bringing a baby and a toddler. The room is so nice and friendly family. Overall, my family had a really good stay here. Thanks Seri Pacific.

Overall I didn’t have a good experience at this hotel.
+ : The location is great, close to all commodities and attractions in the city
Breakfast has a wide choice and everything I tried was pretty good
Room service breakfast was very good as well
The deluxe King room was spacious
Hospitality and kindness from staff was great
- : The hotel is quite dated, broken lights in the room, wallpaper peeling off, sofa close to the end of its life. Iron so old it’s impossible to use
Wifi is very slow
Mattress is quite stiff and thin, pillows very uncomfortable
The room was dusty and it felt like they didn’t clean at all during our whole stay. I’m allergic to dust so you can imagine how that has impacted my stay. The bed head itself was very dusty
There’s a strong fragrance in the room that brought me a lot of discomfort, as I’m allergic and have asthma. I’m not sure whether they had a diffuser or whether they spray something everyday but it was really bad. I asked reception to not have any fragrance in the room on the first day but nothing changed during the whole stay.
We checked-in for 2 people but only had one large towel and a smaller one. I asked reception if we could have 2 big towels and 2 smaller towels (to use as hand towels), to which they responded there would be extra charge.. for towels? First time I’m hearing this in my 25+ years of traveling.
The rooms have 0 soundproofing whatsoever. You can hear people in the hallway, neighboring rooms, even scooters and cars honking on the street 20 levels below.
My boyfriend ordered a pizza with room service and couldn’t eat more than a bite, it had a terrible taste.

Had a great stay here despite only for 1 night. The hotel manager was friendly and helpful! Definitely value for money, plus point the parking is complimentary which imo, every hotel should do this.

The Premier Club room was a disaster - the shower has NO hot water, clogged toilet bowl that poo almost overflowed out! Room is NOT sound proof. Staff although were not rude but were NOT helpful or courteous. Breakfast was so-so - there was no system at all.
Free parking (although the hotel parking proper was full so have to park at PWTC). Room was clean and comfortable.
My previous experience at Sunway Putra was leaps and bounds better!
