I experienced a late check-in around 6 pm on a weekday, despite the hotel being fully booked the day before. Unfortunately, there were no complimentary amenities provided during the waiting time, which was a bit frustrating after a tiring morning in KL. I was looking forward to resting after lunch. However, I appreciated that they offered me a complimentary late check-out at 3 pm, even though I couldn't take advantage of it as I needed to head out to other places before 11 am. The hotel itself was great, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. They also accommodated my preference for a high floor, as mentioned in my Marriott profile.

As a plat member, this hotel is the awful one i have ever stayed.
Check in : had to wait 3 hours+ to get the room. Arrived at hotel around 3:30pm yesterday. FD agent said we have to wait 1hours+ since room was not ready yet (room was suite) So we wait at the lobby. After 1 hour, we go FD and asked if the room was ready. FD agent said us to wait more, but to offer us room to get ourself cleaned, and get some rest. So we wait again, standing there with our bags.
But again, agent said there is no room to let us in, so go to lounge. So we go to lounge wasting our time since all the plans we had was all delayed. Finally @6:30, we checked in but the room was wrong. We rq for twin beds but got the room w/ double bed.
Lounge : After we waited for 3hours+ for the room, we went to lounge. Bur agent said that filpper is not allowed so i cant use the lounge. After 3hours+ waiting, all i hear was that. However i complained about it and let us use it FOR THIS TIME ONLY. While using the lounge i asked her to change the room to twin beds which i rqed. Agent said it is fully booked so offer me extra bed. So I waited but extra bed is not still here.
Spa : gave us wrong key, some kind of wired alarming sound is ringing there so please do not expect any comforts here.

Old facilities with bad maintenance, especially the bathroom: the shower head sucked, the heat water comes very slow with an unstable stream; most of the coat hangers were broken.
The gym looked fine and spacious but hadn't gotten a chance to try. The swimming pool was ok but could be better if bigger and if drinking water were set nearby.
Overall not a good experience for a five star hotel and Sheraton brand. Will never visit again

Clean but dated, no AC in walkways during our stay. But good value given the price, not much to do walking distance, mal in front of hotel is pretty much dead. Staff polite. Nice spread of breakfast.

Spacious club room with separated wardrobe. Love it. For special request was stand by baby cot in the room. Wide choice of breakfast items with fresh juices and brewed coffee. In hotel 3 restaurants pretty enough for lunch and dinner, because opposite hotel mall is ghost town. Vegetarian restaurant with North Indian delicacies highly recommended for quiet dinner or lunch. Room service also very fast for food serving, portions are big.

The room was pretty nice, but I had an issue with my keys were they get deactivated every single day. After a long day at work when I come back to my room to finally relax, I can’t access my room. They didn’t care about the issue. I would never stay here again especially with the availability of so many other alternatives.

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms in a good location. Major malls, nightlife & food joints are all a short drive away with some even a 5 minutes walk. Good hospitality by the staff. The rooms have some loose bits and bobs but renovation will start next year, fingers crossed.

Best ever hotel I ever had. Best part is food they serve you all kind of foods. Being an Indian and semivegetarian I got all kind of food and rooms and cleanliness are perfect everything is perfect but you will never find any complaints anything can be resolved and you won't require any special instructions or guidance everything is perfect. I just loved it and want to go again again. Loved it..

All the staff here is really seriously amazingly absolutely handsome and awesome! Had a fun stay here! Wish to stay here for the whole year. Will be back ! Y(^_^)Y

Ideally situated with a beautiful mall across the road as well as station. The hotel is classy, very spacious bedrooms that are neat and tidy. Bathrooms do however need an upgrade. Breakfast was lovely. Extremely accommodating staff.
