Good hotel & had a beautiful view. We booked a Club Twin Towers View Room
King for 2 days. The rooms are spacious, clean and neat. Great options for breakfast menu, love the pastries & coffee! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Right next to KLCC park which is nice for walk. Lastly tq husband for this vacation and we would love to go back to MO again!

The hotel looks like it needs refurbishment. The room is nice and comfortable. It’s right next to KLCC which is awesome!
The entrance to the parking lots in the basement is narrow.
There are plenty of restaurants and food options available in the hotel.

Great hotel, had a beautiful view, personnel very friendly and cocktails at MO bar were the bomb., loved the pastries and they serve good coffee. Only thing was that previous guest had been smoking in my room and u could still smell the stench. The staff sprayed the room after my complaint.

The kids club offering varied activities. The employees host with love and patience which is very professional. My 6 and 3 years old children stay here for fours days so we all have a very nice break.

I had a pleasant three-night stay at the hotel, which I found to be quite good. I particularly enjoyed the apartment-style setup, as it provided ample space and a comfortable atmosphere. The hotel's location near a mall and the towers was convenient, and the pool was of a good size. However, I did notice that the reception was often busy and seemed overwhelmed with their workload. Additionally, during my stay, they mistakenly ran out of chicken and the check-out process felt rushed.

I love my room. Totally comfortable. The room service fast and the food delicious. The receptionist is very friendly. 2 mins walk to KLCC. Definitely will stay here again

Super hotel in central KL. Great location within walking distance of most things.
Great service from friendly staff. We stayed 11 nights in a suite which was very comfortable and enjoyed the variety of food both at breakfast and dinner. The pool area was great with water provided free of charge all day. Service could be a little slow though.
The Club Lounge offers free drinks from 5-7pm along with food at various times.
Our stay also included complimentary laundry which was very helpful.
Would definitely recommend.

Superb hotel with professional and friendly staff. The room was excellent, with beautiful finishing especially the bathroom. The pillows were especially soft. The windows were big and the mirrors give the room a spacious feeling. The morning breakfast was pleasant with fresh food, although I can't say I found anything extraordinary about the menu.

We stayed at the mandarin oriental with my mother over Christmas. We had a wonderful stay thanks to the staff’s impeccable professionalism and kindness. Great level of service, great breakfast buffet and always happy to go through the door and be welcomed with a smile. The pool is beautiful and I woke up early each morning to enjoy it. Marvellous decoration with exquisite taste! Thank you to the hotel team 😊
