Ps: we also got free welcome drinks at Marina @ 57 and a free ticket on the KLIA Express when booking via Trip.com. This was an absolute steal!
Overall great and lovely experience, breakfast was mid in comparison to W KL, but it was good.
My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of it!
The hotel's facilities are top-notch, too. The infinity pool on the 24th floor has breathtaking views of the city, and the fitness center is well-equipped.
But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in the heart of the city." 5/5 stars!
