Hotel Conrad Comfort(Conrad Comfort Aparthotel & Centrum Konferencyjne) in Krakow

I liked the hotel, but it's a bit far from the center and the access road is quite tricky. If you don't know how to get there, you'll have to walk 200 meters to reception. The GPS directs the taxi driver to a barrier that belongs to a residential building and the hotel administration can't open it. Only experienced taxi drivers know how to get there. The rooms are fresh and new. Everything is clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is nice. There are blackout curtains, which is very important if you want to relax after a long journey. The hotel offers high-quality breakfasts. The receptionists are very customer-oriented. We were given an early check-in because we arrived early in the morning from the train and were very tired! We were tired, but they accommodated us and checked us in. For that, I am eternally grateful. I definitely recommend the hotel. However, getting to the center is not very convenient. The bus stop is nearby.

Great hotel, perfect for a 2-night stay. The entire reception staff was super friendly and helpful, but I want to highlight Aleksandra in particular. She went out of her way to assist me—not once, but twice—and delivered white glove service with a smile. I'm super grateful for her kindness and patience. It's about a 15-minute walk from the station, but there's a bus stop nearby so it's easily accessible. The hotel was very clean. The shower was also fine. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Hotel Great Polonia Conrad Kraków. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport and just a short ride from the city center. It made exploring Kraków stress-free and enjoyable.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The modern furnishings and cozy atmosphere added to the overall comfort of the stay.

What truly stood out was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was providing local recommendations or assisting with any requests, their hospitality made me feel very welcome.
