Started here one night, the first of our trip. We arrived on our flight into Warsaw and took the train down to Krakow, arriving to the hotel shortly after 10 pm. Appreciated the very short walk from the train station and the ease of seeing the hotel from the plaza. Lobby was easy to find! A few short sets of stairs leading up to registration and again up the first floor. The person at the desk was friendly and quickly got us checked in to our room. The lobby looked nice, breakfast was right off the lobby, nice bathrooms off a hallway toward the back. Our room was up one floor and was good. AC worked great, though it shut off partway through the night so must be a weird setting. Turned it back on. The trams started up fairly early the next morning right outside the window so not great, but I had ear plugs and was exhausted so mostly slept through their squeals. Everything was clean and comfortable except my bedside table, which was covered in some horrible sticky spill from a previous guest’s drink. Laid a Kleenex over that and ignored. Satisfied with our stay and recommend for convenience! The breakfast was diverse and good hot options, tasty breads, etc. very much worth the extra when booked directly with hotel. Very close access to old city as well and held our luggage.

Good breakfast, loved the local options.
Rooms were really nice but a little noisy: Trams on the street were pretty noisy.

My bed was squeaky as hell and I asked for some compensation or a different room and the lady at the service desk didn't even bother to try to come up with an alternative or a solution. Not even an attempt of trying to understand or help.

I love this hotel. It’s a perfect location near the main train station and across from the town square. Great rooms and great staff.

Perfect location, 200m from the main train station, (can't fault the train to/ from the airport). 200m the other way is the heart of the old town. Hotel was clean, crazy high ceilings, v modern ensuite bathroom. Not sure about disabled access, as the lifts were up 8 steps.

Great location, amazing breakfast.
Low points: wifi is terrible, basically no internet. Also noise from the road could be loud.

We had spacious, very beautiful room with 2 toilets, bedroom and separate living room, that had cool balcony with a nice view just at the crossroad. Quality of everything there is very good. Classical style, old cool furniture. Good internet which is very rare for Poland.
But loud to sleep at night cause of the trams, and poor breakfast with bad coffee.

Rooms are moderate in size and have ZERO acoustic isolation.
Could hear the neighbour room guests open the tap in bathroom and open and close the closet. If you"d like a place where you could have a good sleep I would recommend looking elsewhere. Same goes for window isolation from outside noises. Despite double glass windows - You can hear the trams and outside traffic pretty well even with closed windows.

I visited this hotel for their baggage drop off service through Radical Storage and am genuinely surprised just how terribly their staff treat customers. I don't leave negative reviews on Google, but the service was bad enough that it warrants a response and a warning to potential customers.
I paid for two days of the baggage service. Around 12:30 a.m. of the first night, I returned to the hotel with the items I purchased that day as I was preparing for an early morning flight. While reloading my two checked bags in an empty back area by the bathrooms, one of the employees working the front desk (a heavy set man with short hair likely in his late 50s) repeatedly shouted at me to get out. I mentioned I was loading the bags, at which point he started pointing towards the door shouting for me to get out now. The area was otherwise empty. As I was on my way out without resisting, he physically started pushing me out the building. The other desk worker--a younger woman with dark hair watched as he physically started pushing me out, but said nothing.
I don't know if this is normal behavior at the hotel or if employees regularly feel empowered to treat guests this way, but I can't possibly recommend anyone use their services. I can't imagine someone would have a worse experience elsewhere. Genuinely upsetting and hopefully just a representation of the hotel and not Krakow.
