The rooms are basic for a four star hotel. We ordered a double room and the bed and it was two singles pushed together.

The shower was in a weird place so the whole bathroom got soaked when you showered.

The key card to make the electricity work in the room didn’t work properly and kept cutting out. Which was upper annoying as the lights and charging stopped in the room.

The room was clean though.

Stopped for 4 nights, and the sleep got worse as each night passed. On a really busy Rd, on the main flight path to the airport, and unmanaged groups of teenagers running around the corridors. Night reception is a complete waste of time. Food horrendous, pet food is the best description, rude staff in bar and restaurant. Over 5km from Krakow. Ignore the sales pitch and stop at your own perile. The worst hotel I, we had ever stopped at.

Nice hotel.
A bit small pool would wish it was an outdoor pool.
Gets very crowded at breakfast, hard to find a table. Staff should controll if there is empty tables and let groups in 1 by 1 to be seated.

As an US resident exited to travel around, this place provides a lovely place to rest after a long day of exploring in the city. The pool is utterly lovely and is an enjoyable place to exercise or have some fun. The aesthetic of the place is more upscale. The buffet breakfast has a large variety of options and tons of seating. The rooms are fairly large, or at least my room on floor 4. This hotel is very children friendly which is great for some.

Highly disappointed with my stay here. We were moved 4 different times into rooms due to mold, no working AC, and a broken bed. Others that traveled with me had a shower that didn't drain, brown water, mold, and no AC. The front desk was accommodating; however all of the rooms we were moved to all had the same issues so it was kind of a moot point.

For £30 per person per night, this is extremely cheap!

The 4-star Premier Kraków Hotel features a swimming pool and a sauna that guests have free access to.

It is located within a 10-minute drive of the Kraków Old Town, which is also accessible directly via public transport. Situated in the northern part of the city, it also 10 km from Kraków Balice Airport. All rooms at the Premier Kraków are soundproofed, air-conditioned and have an LCD TV with satellite channels.

Each comes with a tea and coffee-making facilities and a safe. The spacious rooms come with free WiFi. Ironing facilities are available on request. A varied buffet breakfast is served every morning at the hotel restaurant, Impresja, which specialises in international dishes.

At the Act Café Bar guests can enjoy coffee or a drink. Front desk staff is available 24 hours a day and can arrange transfer to the city centre. Luggage storage and room service are available.

This hotel says it is 4 star. There is no possible way it can be, the carpet in the hallways is old, stained and dirty. The rooms are dated and the Wi-Fi isn’t working in the rooms. I wouldn’t stay here again, very misleading. The restaurant selection was not much, I ended up eating outside the hotel.

The location is very convenient for short stays, there is a mall if needed. 20 min to the Krakow center. The front desk was very helpful and friendly, my room was relatively clean, but no shampoo or body lotion in the shower. I only had one night, very affordable. Carpark should he free in my opinion.

I recently stayed at here for 2 nights and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The hotel’s wifi was extremely slow, making it challenging to work or stay connected, I suspect that this may have been exacerbated by my room’s location, as it seemed to be positioned quite far from the wifi router.

Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered limited choices, which was disappointing.
The taste of the food was average at best. Overall, I was not impressed with my stay.

The hotel has a very nice and friendly service but the good story ends here. Definitely has its best days in the past. Rooms should be upgraded: shower curtain was missing so the water was all over the place, AC was barely working (windows in room 115 and 116 are fixed), beds are uncomfortable and pillows looked like they were in use for at least 25 years :) And I could keep counting. Definitely the hotel should be revamped to be worth visiting.
