As an US resident exited to travel around, this place provides a lovely place to rest after a long day of exploring in the city. The pool is utterly lovely and is an enjoyable place to exercise or have some fun. The aesthetic of the place is more upscale. The buffet breakfast has a large variety of options and tons of seating. The rooms are fairly large, or at least my room on floor 4. This hotel is very children friendly which is great for some.

Highly disappointed with my stay here. We were moved 4 different times into rooms due to mold, no working AC, and a broken bed. Others that traveled with me had a shower that didn't drain, brown water, mold, and no AC. The front desk was accommodating; however all of the rooms we were moved to all had the same issues so it was kind of a moot point.

It is located within a 10-minute drive of the Kraków Old Town, which is also accessible directly via public transport. Situated in the northern part of the city, it also 10 km from Kraków Balice Airport. All rooms at the Premier Kraków are soundproofed, air-conditioned and have an LCD TV with satellite channels.
Each comes with a tea and coffee-making facilities and a safe. The spacious rooms come with free WiFi. Ironing facilities are available on request. A varied buffet breakfast is served every morning at the hotel restaurant, Impresja, which specialises in international dishes.
At the Act Café Bar guests can enjoy coffee or a drink. Front desk staff is available 24 hours a day and can arrange transfer to the city centre. Luggage storage and room service are available.

This hotel says it is 4 star. There is no possible way it can be, the carpet in the hallways is old, stained and dirty. The rooms are dated and the Wi-Fi isn’t working in the rooms. I wouldn’t stay here again, very misleading. The restaurant selection was not much, I ended up eating outside the hotel.

The location is very convenient for short stays, there is a mall if needed. 20 min to the Krakow center. The front desk was very helpful and friendly, my room was relatively clean, but no shampoo or body lotion in the shower. I only had one night, very affordable. Carpark should he free in my opinion.

I recently stayed at here for 2 nights and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The hotel’s wifi was extremely slow, making it challenging to work or stay connected, I suspect that this may have been exacerbated by my room’s location, as it seemed to be positioned quite far from the wifi router.
Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered limited choices, which was disappointing.
The taste of the food was average at best. Overall, I was not impressed with my stay.

The hotel has a very nice and friendly service but the good story ends here. Definitely has its best days in the past. Rooms should be upgraded: shower curtain was missing so the water was all over the place, AC was barely working (windows in room 115 and 116 are fixed), beds are uncomfortable and pillows looked like they were in use for at least 25 years :) And I could keep counting. Definitely the hotel should be revamped to be worth visiting.

Please avoid and book at your own peril. We were there in Aug 2023 and had a terrible experience in terms of the cleanliness of their rooms. The whole corridor and rooms stink. The wi-fi is patchy at best. Also, the staff are very RUDE. Our little 8 year old doesn’t eat much in the morning so we took two slices of cakes for him in a paper napkin for him eat later as we were going to immediately leave the hotel after breakfast for a 8 hour drive to Berlin. The lady at the counter came and told us off rudely that we can’t “take good outside as per policy”. Even after explaining that it’s for the little one as he can’t eat in the morning, she refused to budge and continued the mistreatment. We have travelled the length and bread of Europe staying across hundreds of hotels and have never come across such rude people. ZERO should have been the apt star review for these guys who don’t have the heart of good service for kids.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. We had initially booked the Premier Hotel, but ended up at this one due to the same owner. There was no proper communication about the change, and we felt compelled to stay. The overall quality of the hotel was poor. Our room remained uncleaned for two consecutive nights, and even when we requested towels at night, the receptionist told us to go to the reception for them.
The room itself was small , and there was no evidence of the promised fridge. They had supposedly replaced the fridges and allowed guests to use the reception fridge, but this was not the case during our stay. This experience fell far short of a 4-star rating – I would at most give it 1 or 2 stars.

I was rather surprised as the rooms arent the best of quality in fact there's peeling paint everywhere, the toilet broke after a single use, the doors are hard to close and it's really far from the center. Although the beds are quite nice and it's quite but not all of the beds are nice as some of the pillows are really small, are hard and impossible to sleep at, this is more of a hotel where lots of school's stay for their trips, so there's lots of kids. There is also brown wather. Even tho I can't really say much about the service, as we arrived they were rather nice. Also the food isn't any good either
