Holiday Inn Krakow City Centre, an IHG Hotel

Prime location near to the city center. The staff were professional and very friendly. The size of the room was good "premium room". The check-in and check-out process were fast.

The only thing that need to be improved is the breakfast. The breakfast was good, but they need to have more variety of food.

In summary, I highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic short stay in krakow. The hotel was very comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was fabulous, bed very comfy and serviced every day. Huge selection of food available for breakfast. All in all loved every minute of our break in krakow.

Amazing hotel, polite and helpful personnel. Clean rooms, gym, area for kids with playstation. Perfect breakfast and restaurant. Comfortable place in the Krakow old town.

The hotel is located in the very good location with a good accessibility to the old town and main city centre.. The hotel is always busy with customers because of its good service, location and hospitality. So that sometimes in the very peak time the staffs were little busy and thus might be a small delay happens. I prefer the hotel. And the staffs were very kindly, friendly and maintaining good manner.

We were very happy with our stay here. Everything was clean, simple, and quiet. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The location was perfect! You will be centrally located to all the places you'll want to visit. And the breakfast is well worth the cost. Best breakfast I've ever had. Overall, our stay was one of our best and favorite ever.

The only thing I would say needs improvement would be adding directions for the amenities in the room (including more detailed use of the refrigerator and heating/cooling). Thank you, Holiday Inn Krakow, for making our visit so much better than expected!

Right in the middle of the city. One can walk old city, kazimerz, river side. Old building constructed as hotel. Many of the amenities are old, corridors are gloomy this hotel needs renovation. Besides rooms are big enough to be comfortable, more important than that beds are in real bed sizes even for twin beds. I would like to add that breakfast buffet is magnificent with more than five cheese options, fish fumes are great besides many other alternatives. Bread corner has great freshly baked breads. Coffee choice should be catch others' companions' quality asap.

One of the better Holiday Inns as it has been refurbished. I marked down service as I've emailed the reception 3 times now asking for a copy of my invoice and still I haven't received it. They do have a good breakfast but again there was no service in the restaurant for things like the egg or coffee stations

A lovely hotel. Spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean room. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.
