I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly polite and always willing to help. My room was spacious, and the bathroom was modern and recently refurbished. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the city center, making it very convenient for exploring. I also participated in a workshop held at the hotel, and the conference facilities were good.
Overall, a great experience, and I would surely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

My friend struggled to get service (blankets, food etc) after it being promised. Bed wasn't that comfy and AC seemed to not work on the second night. Was okay and seems to be fairly cheap, but it's a bit below expectation. Reasonable but not great, except the location is quite good.

Very friendly welcome from the personal at the reception.Rooms are nice and spacious and clean .I love especially that one can open the windows.
Breakfast is nice even so I would love to have fewer convenience products.The freshly prepared eggs made to order are a big plus.

The receptionist are very welcoming and positive. It was rainy and the staff came with an umbrella to protect us from the rain. Amazing ! The room is very spacious, was very clean and has a very high standard. The breakfast was also amazing, very lovely waiters and service. Overall I had a great stay and people here are very lovely. Definitely recommended! :)

Prime location near to the city center. The staff were professional and very friendly. The size of the room was good "premium room". The check-in and check-out process were fast.
The only thing that need to be improved is the breakfast. The breakfast was good, but they need to have more variety of food.

Fantastic short stay in krakow. The hotel was very comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was fabulous, bed very comfy and serviced every day. Huge selection of food available for breakfast. All in all loved every minute of our break in krakow.

Amazing hotel, polite and helpful personnel. Clean rooms, gym, area for kids with playstation. Perfect breakfast and restaurant. Comfortable place in the Krakow old town.

The rooms were clean and the location was within walking distance of the old city. We had a reservation for an upgraded room. At first, we were put into an “upgraded room” that was directly above the car elevator which was very loud. We asked to be moved and our second room on the top floor was much quieter.
We paid extra for the hotel breakfast. It was HORRIBLE! There wasn’t a lot of variety and it didn’t taste very good. However, what made it our worst experience in the three weeks of our Europe trip was that the breakfast area was so incredibly busy that there wasn’t enough room to sit or get your breakfast without being repeatedly jostled. It was also incredibly loud. When I complained to the front desk, they shrugged their shoulders and said it’s always like this. If that is true then they can problem solve by opening up more space and/or offering a continental breakfast that can be picked up and taken to your room to eat in peace. The next day, my husband went earlier thinking it would be better but it was even worse. There were children grabbing lots pastries with their hands and then putting them back on the serving platters. It was still completely crowded with people bumping into others to get their food.

The hotel is located in the very good location with a good accessibility to the old town and main city centre.. The hotel is always busy with customers because of its good service, location and hospitality. So that sometimes in the very peak time the staffs were little busy and thus might be a small delay happens. I prefer the hotel. And the staffs were very kindly, friendly and maintaining good manner.

We were very happy with our stay here. Everything was clean, simple, and quiet. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The location was perfect! You will be centrally located to all the places you'll want to visit. And the breakfast is well worth the cost. Best breakfast I've ever had. Overall, our stay was one of our best and favorite ever.
The only thing I would say needs improvement would be adding directions for the amenities in the room (including more detailed use of the refrigerator and heating/cooling). Thank you, Holiday Inn Krakow, for making our visit so much better than expected!
