We had an absolutely wonderful three-day stay at the Indigo Hotel in Warsaw, including the use of a meeting room. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The catering during our meeting was simply outstanding – the three-course lunch menu was delicious and beautifully presented. And the breakfast… breathtaking! I can honestly say the Eggs Benedict were the best I’ve ever had.
A very special thank you to Izabel and her team – they were sensational and made our entire stay flawless. The service was warm, professional, and genuinely caring.
The hotel itself is more than just a place to stay – it’s a true experience. The design and attention to detail are so thoughtfully done, creating a stylish yet welcoming atmosphere. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful.
I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Warsaw. It exceeded all our expectations, and we will definitely return.

The hotel was very nice, and luxurious. We also received a fruit plate upon arrival. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The only problem that we experienced was the service during dinner, where the waitress was talking on the phone while serving us our food. For the price of the food we expected better service.

This hotel was so so cool upon arrival! We had two rooms and both were exquisitely clean and decorated beautifully! The lobby and bar are comfortable and fun! This hotel is RIGHT next to a popular walking strip in Warsaw where you can eat, drink, and shop. Old Town is about a 20 min walk away from the hotel.
My only problem during my stay was that, because of the location, you can hear the partying and yelling from the streets at night very clearly. The staff was amazing aside from one front desk worker with brown hair - she was nice, but clueless.

Top location in the heart of Warsaw. You can walk easy within minutes to most attractions. The hotel has great, modern design especially the lobby. The rooms are spacious and tidy, only the mini bar prices were in my eyes totally overprized. The hotel staff was very professional and if you smile nicely, maybe you even get an upgrade :) From the WAW international airport if no traffic you can reach the hotel by car within max. 20 minutes. You can also take a bus # 175, get off by Centrum station and then few minutes walking to the hotel. Enjoy your stay!

I recently stayed at the Warsaw Indigo Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very nice, with good restaurants offering a variety of delicious options. It’s perfect for a business trip or a quick visit to Warsaw with family, as it’s conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the Old City, making it easy to explore the city’s historical sights.
The price is also very reasonable, with the best rooms available for around $200 per night.
However, the only downside I encountered was that the air conditioning cannot be controlled directly from the room. To turn it on or off, you have to call the reception, which seems a bit inconvenient and doesn’t quite make sense in a hotel of this caliber.

Great stay at the hotel. Check in time is 3pm...Nice bar and restaurant with nice cafes close by....Room furniture wasn't all that great but besides that it was a great stay. Big thank you specifically to the day staff for all your help with everything from ice for my wife (rolled her ankle) and even helped with booking our train tickets to Krakow.
Just a FYi...If you are a man from another country make sure you have your passport on you at all times if you are going to site-see or be walking solo in Warsaw. Safety of the community is very important to Polish police in this area. You maybe be stopped, detained and passport checked without any reason. Positive experience overall thank you again

Absolutely amazing hotel. The bed was so comfortable, the room was beautiful with an Andaz vibe (which is to say modern and five star worthy), the bathroom and shower were fabulous and the area around the hotel was busy and hip. We were in room 316, which overlooks the lobby area, and it was silent and I actually really liked facing that way. Staff were super nice and we got free breakfast as Platinum members. Great stay all around.

Excellent location, close to the restaurant street. The hotel is quiet, and the room cleaning service is excellent, but the furnishing of the room is not appropriate, the bed fell, and the amount of chairs and tables in the room is large, and other things. The room is air conditioned by the reception. Whenever you want to open or close the air conditioner, you talk to them, and this is poor organization I ask the hotel management to address the problem of adaptation and reorganize the room furniture .

The staff is top notch here. Super accommodating and lovely. Rooms are actually a good size and beds are comfortable. Bartenders are the best. Close to things and able to walk to many places. Tram is close though if you need public transport. We came here for the Taylor swift shows and it’s a 30 minute walk to the stadium. If you’re coming for an event there- this is the perfect location. The breakfast though- 10/10. Best breakfast I’ve ever had in an European hotel. And very accommodating for my food allergies (gluten and dairy free).
