Hilton Warsaw City Hotel

I stayed at the Hilton from July 14-16 in room 1004. The reception experience was pleasant, with the bell boy politely taking my luggage and showing great kindness. The room was spacious and comfortable, though the view was not particularly attractive.

Upon arrival, I noticed there was body lotion in the shower but no conditioner. I reported this to the reception, and the cleaner arrived promptly to rectify the situation. However, I also mentioned that the water flow in the tap was very low, but no action was taken to address this issue.

I ordered room service, but the food was unimpressive and far from satisfactory. Additionally, the room service left the dirty dishes untouched. When I brought this to the attention of the reception at the end of my stay, the representative apologized but did not fix the faucet or address the cleanliness issue with the spoon. It felt as though the apology was a mere gesture without any real intention to resolve the problems.

As a pregnant woman, cleanliness is extremely important to me, and it was stressful to know that the dirty spoon remained uncleaned. This, along with other issues, significantly impacted my experience.

Despite the lovely hotel, wonderful location, and excellent breakfast, I was very disappointed with the level of service, particularly with the cleaning staff and reception services. For a chain like Hilton, I expected a much higher standard.

Pretty disappointed about this hotel, to be honest. It's very old. The rooms are quite old. The wood on the furniture is broken. The rooms are pretty large, but with very small TV. The beds are not that great. But I have to say that my view was exceptional over the city. The bathroom is quite large, with a tub and a regular shower. But again, it feels like it was built in 1990s. It's not that cheap for Warsaw. And I think when you are paying the price, you should definitely consider... ...re-furnishing and repairing some of the rooms. The location is pretty good, but nothing exceptional.
