Hilton Warsaw City Hotel

Those are pictures from the room I received as replacement of the cold room I got initially. I was told I am upgraded to a corner room with better view.
That was true but what was not mentioned is that with -2 degrees outside that corner room is a freezer. I am trying to heat it up in the lat two hours w/o success.
So…. That hotel is an old old old place that you might better avoid because it does not corresponds with the brand Hilton you might experienced and expect.

they charged me twice from my card, I paid upon check-in and then a couple of days later they charged me again. The investigation, if you can call it that, has been going on for over a week, but write, send. After all, these are obvious things, I checked the transactions and that's it, they just don't want to deal with it. Therefore, I highly recommend paying with a card on which you don't keep a large balance

I recently stayed at Hilton Warsaw City, and while there were some positives to note, my overall experience was deeply disappointing due to the unprofessional service and lack of care from the staff.

The Good:
The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, making it an excellent choice for travelers who want convenience and accessibility. The room comfort was also exceptional, with all the amenities you’d expect for a relaxing stay.

The Bad:
Unfortunately, the service was far from professional. On my second day, I experienced a serious incident in the lounge. One of the chairs broke, causing me to fall and hurt my arm. While the manager came over to apologize and called someone to apply an ice spray, the follow-up was completely inadequate. I was told an incident report would be filled out, and I was promised a copy. However, for the next three days, I had to repeatedly chase the staff, only to be met with excuses and delays.

On my last night, I was assured that the manager would have the report ready by 8 a.m. so I could collect it before my flight. Unsurprisingly, there was no report, no manager, and no resolution when I checked out. Beyond a generic apology of "Oops, sorry it happened to you," the hotel showed no concern for my injury or inconvenience. No compensation or meaningful support was offered.

The Verdict:
While the location and room comfort might make this hotel initially appealing, the lack of accountability and professionalism from the staff is a significant downside. A company’s quality is truly measured by how it handles incidents, and in this case, [Hotel Name] failed miserably. If you’re looking for a stay that offers more than just a bed and location, I recommend looking elsewhere.
