Was here for a week, great prices, quiet, clean, spacious rooms, very friendly staff who are happy to accommodate, good bus service to the city. This is a great place to stay!

The lady at the reception is amazing , greeted me with a huge smile, offered a couple of recommendations for their special pizza that I tried and it was great . I had a cup of cappuccino and it was right tight , the exact kind that I needed for a cold evening .
The rooms are spacious and extremely clean and I love it not mentioning the prices being very affordable. Keep it up .

We were given a voucher for this hotel by the airline, because we could not make our connection at the airport due to flight delays. We arrived here late at night, exhausted after a day of travelling. The guy manning the desk had to be woken up just so we could get into the hotel - the only way in was through the car park gate.
We asked for a double bed, single room. They took both our vouchers (2 rooms for one night), gave us a 2 x single bed room. The guy at the reception was very rude, spoke no english at all, they did not even ask for ID upon check in which already seemed like a very bad sign!
The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, and the furnishings looked very old and worn out. We stayed for about 10 mins before we booked another hotel at our own expense and left in the middle of the night.
It is very hard to see how this hotel got a 3 star rating in the first place, when considering the state of the rooms and the reception staff.
The hotel is also right next to a major road so do not expect quiet rooms either.
Terrible experience, would not recommend to anyone.
