Very close to the Airport we were able to walk to the Hampton Hotel Mokotow. Not to be confused with the Hampton Airport location. The room was comfortable and clean. The highlight of our stay was the kindness and attention that we received from the staff. The Staff went above and beyond surprising me at check in with a "Happy Birthday ", upon entering the room, they had prepared a personalized Birthday card, a delightful pastry and even decorations!
Also of note, our check in was after midnight and there was a receptionist ready to help us and the reception has snacks and drinks for purchase through the night.

Very nice hotel near the airport but you are obliged to take a taxi ( we were during the night time ) very nice welcoming with great reception staff she offered us a drink we had a free upgrade in a junior suite very appreciated large variety of food for breakfast the only one problem it’s quite far from the centre

Everything was great. The room, breakfast, staff, and service were all excellent. However, when I wanted to take a shower in the morning, I couldn’t use hot water. There was only cold water. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you!

The room was clean and with all amenities as it should be for a 3 star hotel. Luggage you have to move to the room by yourself (trolley provided) because of no concierge service available. I booked for 3 adults room and at check in process receptionist checked only my passport. Other 2 my relatives was without registration. And my child as well. This made me feel not safe at all because anyone can enter the hotel rooms without documents registration. Like anyone can bring any person to the rooms and their documents not fixed or checked at all.
Only the nice point was the breakfast. Big variety of food and fresh and tasty.

The best reviews! Everything is clean and tidy! Thank you for the welcome drink. Breakfast is simply fantastic - very varied! Very tasty coffee. The room is quiet, air conditioning is also available. The room has everything you need, including an iron! There a lot of space in the underground parking lot, we found a place even when checking in at 9 p.m. Definitely recommend staying here! The staff is very responsive and kind! We enjoy the time in this hotel!

At first, I arrived in a different Hampton - near the airport. So remember in which of Warsaw Hampton you booked your room.
Friendly reception. I was able to check in an hour earlier. Until that, I checked in my luggage, which was very handy.
The room was spotless, quiet and comfortable. Amazing blackout curtains that allow you to sleep in the daytime.
The hotel has a lot of options for breakfast (I chose oatmeal and fruits due to my health condition, but it has pancakes, sausages and everything you want). Easy to get on public transport. Restaurants, shops and drug stores are within walking distance.

Well-maintained and very clean rooms.
Good communication on arrival.
One reception colleague was a bit rude when checking out.
Rolling her eyes and whispering to her colleague when a question was asked.

Hotel stay was great. Close to the airport. Plenty of food choices in the area.
However, I have had a terrible experience getting a proper invoice. During check out I was told there was a problem with my invoice and that they would correct it and email it to me. Almost a week passed, and I received no email, maybe a delivery failure. A week later I visited the hotel again for a different stay and inquired about the same invoice again. They still hadn't fixed the invoice and said they would, and I gave them another email to send it to. Didn't receive one.
Several weeks later I was able to finally get an invoice after calling multiple times. However, the invoice was still incorrect. It has 1 night stay for a night I did not stay even though the check in and out dates were correct, which was for 28 days! A couple more calls and I was finally able to get a new invoice that included the 28 days, but now the invoice still doesn't match the charge on my card.
This has been a huge headache and hasn't been resolved more than a month later.

Very cozy hotel, with very clean rooms and very nice personal. Varied breakfast and it is included in the price. Highly recommend also the restaurant after 3 PM. Hotel have also well equipped place for smaller events and meetings. Very close to the airport!

I enjoyed a 1 night stay during a long layover. Good proximity to the airport and a clean and comfortable room. They have a good food menu and full bar.
