On river bank of Sava
Nice pretty new comfortable hotel on a barge on Sava river (on Tsigan island).
All good: view, staff, bedding, wifi, terrace facing river. Parking.
But rating would deserve more 3.5* as some of equipment is not functional (one blind store and mosquito net not in rail). Breakfast with only 1 coffee! All the rest is ok and thanks to managers for making our stay very good 🙏

Flow takes the concept of the Belgrade splav/pontoon, and supercharges the entire works into a superbly comfortable, sensual, intimate and, above all, very relaxing boutique hotel nestled on the banks of the river Sava near the recreational icon which is Ada Ciganlija. Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, and lovely rooms with fabulous terraces giving great views of a working river make this a remarkable place to stay for a really relaxing experience, and something completely in contrast to the usual city break. Highly recommended, and excellent value if you're searching for something different that will provide fine memories.

They have nearby music so loud that you cannot sleep. It's like it's in your bed. Extremely loud. Like a concert in your room. So if you want quiet don't stay here! Choose another place! Also it's far away from everything.. Choose wisely!

wonderfully relaxing and sensually immersive experience that captures the unique ambience of a Belgrade splav - and then provides a whole other level of comfort and service. Highly recommended

Not only that the place, the restaurant, the rooms were boutique style beautiful little gems, but the staff and the manager were absolutely the BEST. The rooms were extremely clean as well! Fantastic place!

This place is very, very unprofessional. They just keep talking a lot and making excuses, but they don't care about their guests at all!
The cut-off the water supply to the jacuzzi tap, and they didn't inform us, and they didn't offer us replacement room with the same standard.
The room was not properly cleaned. The windows and the fridge glass door were extremely dirty. The bathroom was also not cleaned properly and there is problem with the water drainage in the shower.
When we arrived, the snow was not cleaned on the ramp, so we had difficulties with bringing in out luggage.
We stayed two nights and both there was EXTREMELY loud Serbian low quality live music (so called: turbo folk) from around 1 after midnight to around 8 in the morning. The rooms are not soundproof at all, so if you want to sleep and relax, don't go there. They tried to explain that they rented the restaurant place to some other restaurant located in the Belgrade's mafia neighbourhood Zemun. But they were lying and the have that kind of “parties“ on a regular basis.
The restaurant and the rooms have heavy and disgusting smell of cigaretts.
The breakfasts were OK and the girl that served us during the breakfasts was very polite and kind (I don't know her name, but she had a pierce in her nose).
Overall, I don't recommed this place. Keep away from them. They think that they are bottom of the world, but they even don't have t from tourism.

We have been informed (after we arrived and checked in) that there will be live music from 00:00-03:00, described as not very loud on the ground floor. The apartment we stay at is on the first floor (all the apartments are on the first floor and the restaurant is on the ground floor) and it's extremely loud, the noise is unbearable, the apartment is vibrating and we not being able to sleep. What a nightmare!! This is the worst night we have booked ever. The owner doesnt care about anything but money. I wouldnt recommend it even to my biggest enemy. Stay away from this dump and keep your money.
