Centara Watergate Pavillion Hotel - SHA Extra Plus Certified

Location is relatively near to platinum mall and centralworld. Very satisfied with the hotel with a lot of massage choices nearby.

Centara was a lovely place to stay at! Staff prepared a cake for our anniversary, which was very sweet of them! Location is 8min walk from Ratchaprarop (airport rail line), which makes it easy to get to and from the airport. It is 21min walk to Chit Lom (BTS) though, which is quite far. But 10min walk away is Platinum, and another 10min away is centralwOrld (HUGE shopping mall) and Big C (HUGE supermarket). Location of the hotel is considered good. Pratunam night market right beside (outside Palladium shopping mall), and December’s (female clothings store) is further down from Platinum. 20min beyond Platinum is MBK Center. Abit far to walk but if you make stops in between, you’ll get there. Then Siam area will be after MBK, but also on the way back to Centara. The original Go-ang Pratunam chicken rice is abt 10min walk away too. In an anti clockwise direction, nearest Centara would be Platinum, December’s, MBK, Siam area (Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Square), centralwOrld, then back to Platinum. Opp Platinum is the chicken rice, and diagonally opp Platinum is Palladium, then Centara. There’s also a massage place right at the doorstep of the hotel L1 which i went 4 days out of our 5 days stay there. Tem, Max, Pond and Kung did a wonderful job. Overall a pleasant stay and I wish we could stay longer!

Super spacious room. The room we had was intended for 3 pax. It had a king sized bed and another bed was added.

The room comes with a living room area and views are amazing as window access is about 180 degrees. The room is a corner unit.Bath tub comes with the bathroom.

Generous coffee, tea, and bathroom ammenities restocked every day.

All staff were friendly, from baggage department to front office to housekeeper. The room was really clean. No water marks on glass. Get early checkin and late checkout. The room have bidet. The hotel near to Pratunam Market. Upon arrival you need to pay deposit 2,000BHT but we requested to pay in MYR and they accepted it. The housekeeper also put off their shoes while cleaning the room. Only water pressure a bit low.

Very conveniet to shopping, food, etc. walking distant to centraworld, Big C, plantinium mall.. morning pratunam market. Very nice pork knucle rice and authenic boat noodles

Huge room, nice view from corner unit. The drop off point is the shopping area below the hotel - look pretty rundown.

I had a fantastic stay at Centara Watergate Pavilion. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious, cosy, and very comfortable. They come with all the essential amenities and are kept spotless thanks to daily housekeeping.

The staff are extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful—always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect, just a short walk to all the main shopping malls in Pratunam like Platinum Mall, CentralWorld, Big C, and more. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven convenience store right around the corner, which is super handy for quick snacks or essentials.

The hotel is also attached to a mall, which has some nice shopping options right on site.

In-room dining was excellent, with a good variety and great flavour—perfect for when you want to unwind in your room.

Transfers are easy—the hotel is about 45 minutes from BKK airport. You can take a Grab or Bolt taxi, and on the way back, the hotel can arrange a taxi for 500 baht including highway tolls, which is very convenient.

Tips for future travelers: There's a spa on the ground floor, attached to the mall and run by a third party. They offer excellent massages at very affordable prices. If you're looking to relax after a long day of shopping, I highly recommend checking it out.

Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!
