I had an exceptional stay at the Park Hyatt Bangkok.
From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with great attention and remarkable kindness from the entire staff. Their attentiveness and readiness to help truly made a difference. The room was also excellent—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
A special mention goes to Arthur, who made my stay even more enjoyable with his professionalism and care. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury experience and impeccable service.

Visited recently with my son. Spent three nights, unfortunately we had the view of the vacant lot and not the much more aesthetic south-facing skyline views. Room was ok, very light and clean but a bit dull - some more local art with more vibrant colors would better match the energy of Bangkok IMO. Good location near the BTS, shopping, nightlife - but a bit of a trek to the temples and other touristy sites near the river. Service was great but not quite over the top - for example my son was sick and we asked for assistance locating medication, at other five star hotels I’ve been to the staff will locate it and bring it direct to you; but we were given vague instructions and sent on our way (“there’s a pharmacy in Central Embassy”) - nitpicking but as one of the ~10 most expensive hotels in Bangkok I expected a bit more. Room service is quick and reasonably priced, though I thought the minibar was outrageously priced (PH Tokyo pricing in Bangkok). Good hotel, we enjoyed ourselves.

Amazing room with a great view. Staff were friendly and helpful as well. Unfortunately I cannot give this place 5 stars as I discovered that the ice bucket in my room was infested with ants. I wish staff checked the room more thoroughly as this is not a good look for a luxury hotel.

Breakfast buffet was so good. Lots of choices to choose from, we were there for 5 days and never got bored.
Room was spacious. Pool was great too, I like that their infinity pool was facing the back and not overlooking the main street. We also stayed at Rosewood and they pool view and area was not as good as hyatt.
Location very convenient, with own shopping mall under the hotel. Lots of restaurants. It's also within walking distance to other big shopping malls. Will go back there again!!

I cannot praise this experience enough! This was the perfect place to stay in Bangkok. The hotel and its facilities are super modern and super comfortable. Our Deluxe King Room was amazing, spacious, luxurious and the bathroom was immense and had an amazing view. The room service and cleaning staff were super friendly. The hotel staff at the reception, restaurant, bars, breakfast were super polite, super friendly and always with a smile on.
The location of the hotel is perfect, smack bang in the middle of the shopping district in close vicinity to Siam Paragon and CentralWorld and with a direct entrance to Central Embassy. We frequented the Rooftop Bar and Grill restaurant during our stay and it was amazing, food wise and service wise. The Embassy Room for breakfast and for the Catalan Restaurant is amazing. Cannot wait to return!

This hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay in. The design, the staff, hygiene, …. Everything was absolutely perfect! They give great attention to detail and it shows! The rooms are stunning and they have a great relaxing feel about them. The location is great, and the view from the pool is amazing. Can’t waited to come back!

We stayed here for my husband’s birthday. As we are Hyatt globalist members we were upgraded to a suite which was incredible. The hotel and rooms are beautiful.
Sadly the service do not match the reputation of a Park Hyatt . Firstly , the suite was facing the roads and was extremely noisy …both of us did not have a good night sleep.
Secondly, they do not have 24hour room service where the room service would end at 11pm, as they explained that it was due to Covid pandemic.. however , having stayed in Conrad the same week.. We simply do not understand why a basic 24hour room service was not provided in a luxurious hotel that is clearly supposed to be of a higher class than Conrad.
Thirdly, the waiters in the restaurant were poorly trained. When we asked for a bowl of bran, the waitress brought Bircher museli . We had initially thought she didn’t understand English , but later found out that the cereals were labelled incorrectly where she didn’t bother to look.
And when we ordered hard boiled eggs, the waitress didn’t bother to bring a spoon. Her attitude was extremely poor , as she threw it on the table when she was asked to return with a spoon.
Although the front desk was apologetic of our experience, there was nothing done to compensate our unpleasant stay.
We usually love the Hyatt branding , especially Park Hyatt, but sadly the Bangkok branch is way below par of their usually standards . There are so many amazing hotels in Bangkok with faultless service , and this is not one of them.

A luxury experience that can be obtained from here. Beautiful hotel, good view, big room, excellent service. The food is very satisfying for Thai people. There is a good mix of Thai ingredients with western food. New rooms , clean, panorama view, it has perfect peace. Strongly Recommended.
