Staff at front desk were very welcoming, attentive and helpful.
A welcome drink was offered and breakfast was good with a lot of variety.
Would recommend anyone wanting to be close to Siam Shopping area, or using airport rail to BKK.
Location wise the hotel really close to the bts station and even walking distance Mbk/siam discovery. Which is excellent. It’s located in a side street. Still safe.
I first got a room on the 17th floor. The room was nice. Ok size and has everything you need. The wall had some stains but I do believe the hotel

The ac in the room I got on the first
Night must not have been working properly. It made such a huge noise and I didn’t feel the air in the room move unless it was on high fan. Which made the room extremely cold. And the noise sounded like it was about to break. After a night of interrupted sleep I asked for a new room. Which the hotel was so nice to arrange for me. By 11 the next day I got another room on the 11th floor that was bigger. The ac still made sound but didn’t sound like it was about to break down. And I could keep it on low or even turn it off and still feel like I could breathe.
They have breakfast l, pool, gym, massage on the 8th floor.
Birds like to visit the pool and hang out with the guests on the sun beds.
7 eleven by the start of the street.
