One of the few hotels right next to Platinum mall and across Pratunam market with family suites. Ladies with families who love to shop will love the location.
Stayed in the double deluxe two bedroom suites. One room with a king bed and attached bath, one room with two single beds and attached bath, a kitchenette and a sitting room with dining room. The rooms are old and dated but very clean and functional. No security deposit required.
Staff are helpful, fixed the microwave immediately, gave us an iron immediately etc. we didn't have a lot of demands and we had no complaints with staff at all during our stay. They let us keep our luggage for free before we left. We could shop till 11 pm and it was totally safe. Walkable distance to Central world mall etc. breakfast was good enough. i hope the haters keep hating and stay away to keep the prices down for us 😄
Just next to Platinum Fashion Mall and wslking distance to Siam Center n MBK Center.

The staff is really friendly. The breakfast buffet is good value.
The rooms weren't great. They were dimly lit, stains everywhere, traffic noise seeps in despite being at a high floor and on the last night, we found a dead cockroach on the floor. The stove does not work and there arent any cutlery in room. The rooms need to be refurbish.
Location is excellent. Perhaps the best located hotel in the area as it is connected to the Platinum mall and has easy access to pretty much other points of interests as well through the link bridge.
Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.
Our experience with the room at Grand Diamond Suites was highly unsatisfactory. We check in & out on the same day and no refunds were given at all. No recovery service from the hotel either. From cleanliness issues to maintenance problems and noise disturbances, the overall quality of the room fell far below our expectations. We would not recommend this hotel based on our room experience.
to use the lift to go up to your room you need to insert your room key in otherwise it will not work. Would I stay there again ..Yes but only in the higher suite room option.
