The service is outstanding. I certainly felt taken carful. The pool was perfect and the hotel location right on white sands beach was spectacular. Watching the sunset from my rooms patio hot tub was breathtaking! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

An amazing beach – we absolutely loved it, and the water was crystal clear. The rooms were very nice, though in some areas you can tell the hotel is a bit older, and there’s often high humidity.

I stayed in a room close to the beach during the low season, it rained sometimes, but the sea was still beautiful. I think they could renovate outside area of the paradise room but everything its ok. In my opinion one of the best hotels on the island! It is advisable to stay in villas. The hotel has one building across the road, which is completely inconvenient. The building near the villas is excellent and the villas are perfect. SPA with good prices and conditions, excellent breakfast and service!

Excellent hotel! The location is super, one of the best beaches on Koh Chang! I recommend the Grand de Luxe room with sea view on the third floor! First line, gorgeous view from the balcony, especially at sunset!

Nice villas, either new or renovated. The only negative is that there is not enough parking space, otherwise everything is great

Location - KC Grande has a bike rental next to it, we rented a Yamaha Aerox for 300 baht a day and the lady gave us discounts for extending our rental. We drove around the whole island and explored with no problems. KC Grande is located at a very convenient area as when you’re ready to leave you can get to the ferry queue easily with minimum traffic in the morning.

Accommodation - We were very lucky to come across a promotion: free upgrade to Deluxe Sea View with a jacuzzi and sun beds on the balcony. The room was very spacious with a day bed and a huge bed. Our room smelled funny on the first day and the staff were very helpful with our move to a new room. We then realized it was the rain that affected the smell of the AC.

Food - There was a variety of food at breakfast and the side dishes changed everyday. Dinner, especially the Thai food was very delicious, try the soft shell crab in yellow curry - ask for less salt on the crab.

Facilities - The swimming pool was beautiful as it faces the sea and has a hut-like pool bar. There is a sauna in the pool bathroom, a small gym above it and kids’ playroom behind it. I did not get a chance to experience the spa packages though it had a 40% discount as it was busy a lot of the time.

Staff - the staff were very polite, cheerful and efficient, there was nothing they couldn’t help with to make our stay more lovely. A great team.
