Room is a bit small and there isn't a working desk to use laptop or for ladies to makeup. The bed is a queen size so it's a bit small for couples. However, the mattress is very comfortable and comparable to international luxury hotel chains. Had a great sleep despite it's a queen not a typical king size bed. Rooms are clean but the housekeeper did not refill shampoo. The body wash and shampoo quality are pretty poor and should be improved. The seaside swimming pool is nice although can get crowded at times. Generally a nice hotel at the end of the main beach to relax and there is a tops daily nearby.

However if you plan to enjoy nightlife at the city center, avoid booking hotels in this area otherwise be prepared to get ripped off by local taxi mafia for at least 300 baht each way for a mere 2km ride. The baht bus costs at least 100baht per person and it's takes forever to get filled up to leave. Grab bolt are not any cheaper either on this island

Room was dirty, shower didn't drain and had dirt ring around tub, sheets had stains. The front desk was dismissive, and spoke very little english. She was not interested in what I was saying or why we were checking out early. I would not stay here again and don't recommend this place.

Rooms are quite small but they are located very near to the beach. Though the setting is nice, the rooms are not adequate . They do have good and welcoming staff.

Avoid this beach bungalow – ancient rooms, zero amenities, and UGLY decor. Way overpriced for a stone-age stay! 💔

Air conditioners don't work and the reception is far down on the beach enjoy hauling your luggage

The price does not match what you get you can get something a lot better for this price range in Koh Samui

Very old hotel. It needs a lot of renovation. Everything is outdated.

I was a bit surprised by some of the other reviews, as everything was fine for us. We had a deluxe room in the main building. Both swimming pools, the one in the main building and the one by the beach, were nice. The beach pool bar was reasonably priced and had good service. At breakfast, you can choose exactly what you want. Housekeeping comes every day, also bringing water for the fridge.
The location is in a quiet area, with inexpensive taxi or songthaew rides available. The only thing that could be improved is the somewhat noisy air conditioning unit and poor soundproofing to the corridor, but this seems to be quite normal here.
Near the hotel, there is a 24-hour shop, several good restaurants such as Phensiri, a laundry, and a scooter rental. Right across from the reception, there is a good massage spa.
I think it was a good value for money.

You get what you pay for!!!
Rooms are ok. Beds are not comfortable with lumpy mattress protection.
Cleanliness is questionable. Mold in bathroom.
Problem with keeping warm water at the right temperature as mentioned in other reviews.
Location is just ok, at the end of Chaweng. We had our pool access room at the back building, not by the beach….. not recommended though.

The room was amazing and the people at the reception very friendly. The biggest drawback is the location, can't reach by walk the main area.

Stayed here for 1 night. Bed and pillows are super comfy! But! The air condition is too noisy, couldnt sleep with it working. Without it you are sweating...Also there is a bar or club nearby and i could hear the bass coming through the walls till about 2 am. So for 1 or 2 nights its ok, but wouldnt recommend it for longer.
