We have booked four rooms and cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. There were cockroaches in the room and a strong moldy odor throughout our stay and the only way to lessen the odor was to keep the air conditioning running continuously, which isn’t ideal. The curtains also had a foul smell, adding to the discomfort. Towels had an unpleasant odor, and to my shock, I witnessed housekeeping using the same towel to wipe the wash basin, hairdresser, and side tables completely unhygienic. The floors were never properly cleaned and were constantly covered in dust balls and visible stains.
Service was equally disappointing. Despite requesting connected rooms in advance due to traveling with children, our request was disregarded with no explanation or effort to accommodate.
Accessibility was another issue. Certain areas of the hotel have no elevators, which made it incredibly difficult for families like us with children, elderly , or anyone with luggage to move around and caused extra frustration and physically exhaustion.
