The room, however, was underwhelming. It was small, had no balcony, and no bathtub. It was clean, which I appreciate, but for the price I paid, I expected more comfort and space.
Now, let’s talk about the breakfast — absolutely amazing! Hands down the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. If you stay here, make sure breakfast is included — it’s worth it.
One downside was the poolside service. I had to ask for a menu, and it took quite a while for anyone to come take my order. That part definitely needs improvement.
On a brighter note, the restaurant out front is a hidden gem — great food, great drinks, and very reasonable prices.
Overall, I’d stay here again but would definitely request a larger room next time. With a few small changes, this place could be near perfect.
And, I checked in at the Four Points Patong Resort. I was very excited because I had received a warm welcome email from the resort before my arrival. However, upon check-in, I was very disappointed. There was no room upgrade, no nice view, and instead we were assigned a very noisy room in the far corner building with no view of the pool. The welcome gift was not special either. There was no welcome drink provided, and I did not receive any basic resort information such as the location of the restaurant. The stench of the sewer is very unpleasant.
We booked the all-inclusive package to celebrate our anniversary and to fully enjoy the resort, but we were not even given a proper explanation of the package benefits. The staff at the check-in desk were very very mechanical, and I did not feel welcomed as a Marriott member at all. I've stayed at many Marriott hotels, but it was the first time I didn't feel welcome.
Out of all the Marriott resorts I have stayed at in Phuket, this was by far the worst experience. Based on this stay, I would not choose this resort again. I especially would not recommend this resort to any Marriott Platinum members.

Pool is also great
I went there as a business traveller along with my colleagues and network. There were approx 370 of us. But i saw that this resort is absolutely perfect for the Families and Couples. It is ideal for families because it is situated slightly away from the nightlife area of Bangla Street. The resort is situated right on the beautiful Patong Beach (situated on the northern part of the beach line) The swimming pools and restaurants are main attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has long corridors, so one has to remember their room location and nearest lift access too!
Overall a great experience
The staff were incredibly kind and professional. When I wasn’t feeling well during my stay, they brought me complimentary breakfast and even offered a late checkout out of consideration for my condition — something I truly appreciated.
The service was exceptional, everything was spotless, and every detail was taken care of.

The rooms were very comfortable and bed super soft. We had a pool facing room that was fantastic for a moring swim daily.
The buffet breakfast is fantastic! Every morning there was a new cuisine and something exciting to try. Honestly 1 of the best breakfast buffet i have ever had!

I had a fantastic stay at Four Points Patong, Phuket. Check-in was smooth and efficient, making for a great first impression. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed, which made for a restful night’s sleep every day.
The hotel gym is well equipped, perfect for keeping up with workouts while traveling. The infinity pool was a real highlight – it offers a stunning view and a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast had a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, and the service at the restaurant was excellent throughout our stay.
The only slight downside is that the hotel is a bit removed from the more lively, central area of Patong. However, if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat that’s still within reach of the action, this is a great choice.
Highly recommend for both couples and families!
