Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort

Location is amazing. Right across the street from the beach.
The facilities of the hotel are nice with the gym being acceptably small for a hotel with this size. The rooms are nice as well although small. Nice restaurants as well.

Areas of improvement:
The Unclean floors (although mopped daily) in the hallways and in the room,
The Sound proof is really bad. Easy to wake up once house cleaning start their shifts as the doors slam in the morning.
Front staff in the lobby Don’t say hello or greet you in Thai (as known) and completely ignore you. They are not friendly.
The Taxi if ordered by hotel only accepts cash
Not a five star for sure. But it’s still a nice hotel in a nice location with great facilities.
I don’t like it when I have to Order one shaving kit and it doesn’t come standard in the room

Clean, delicious food, beautiful place. I recommend you to stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Very friendly staff. Delicious homemade squid with tartar sauce, cooked in a home-style, an example of European chefs.

The property itself is stunningly beautiful. Fantastic staff, always willing to help. All restaurants have excellent quality food and service. A great choice for any traveller.

Room was awesome (family room) my kids had their own room and we had the master room. Breakfast was great. Recommended for people with kids. beach is in front of the hotel. Also, it has a swimming pool with the beach view.

Right across the street from the beach, next to convenience stores, and restaurants. Great location! The service was great. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. My room was clean. The hotel breakfast was delicious and convenient. There were weird clicking sounds in the room, not bug related, but building related. Outside of that, truly was a great stay.

This is a wonderful hotel and service is really good. However, we were not aware of the fact that the hotel was not right at the beach, but you had to cross a busy street. It can get incredibly loud. If you want a resort experience, this might not be the fit. But otherwise, it’s worth the stay. Breakfast also worth it, fantastic and delicious options! Titanium members also can get easily a suite upgrade.

Spent 3 days here last week, courtesy of a friend who had a surplus of points and wanted me to have a special birthday treat.
What a lovely hotel, superb staff, great amenities, gorgeous room AND, as it turned out, far enough away from the quite sleazy downtown area, yet walkable if a venture in was on the cards. Literally, a 20 second walk to the nice beach if the swimming pools aren’t your thing.
Really enjoyed our stay, and, while I am not a fan of Patong, would recommend the hotel if anyone wants to visit the area.

Service was fantastic- service staff were attentive and made family feel really at home! breakfast and dinner buffet spread was commendable ! Variety and quality is real bang for buck! Pools were lovely too. Only gripe is that room walls are thin hence anyone walking through- coming back late at night could be heard loud and clear. Overall still a very lovely resort !
