This hotel is located close to Bangla road for the night life and malls, but far enough to avoid most of the noise.

The receptionists were always friendly. The room was cleaned well everyday. Honestly no complaints for the few days I was there.

Laundry was affordable as well and came out clean.

I am glad I paid for the upgrade to the superior rooms for the balconies.

The staff are really friendly and always available. A really clean hotel, and only steps to, food, beach, foot massage, tours, etc.

We stayed here for an easy access and budget. Turns out we got the best service and close to everything in Patong.
From and to airport there’s smart bus (100 baht), phuket old town using the blue bus (40 baht), beach and town access (really close). The hotel crew are really helpful for first timer. Good recommendation and even I learned Thai language from them. This hotel deserve more hype. Khap khun krap, Phī̀ s̄āw 🙌

Silver Resortel is always my first choice when visiting Phuket. It's very close to the nightlife in Phuket and Patong Beach. The female staff are very friendly and excellent at their jobs. Highly recommended!

I've been here for a week and it's really nice. I've actually extended for another week. The location is close to everything, and I intend to come back here the next time I'm in Patong.

The hotel is made of Chinese Architectural design. The room was very nice and the room service actually made up for our messy stuff. Two bottles of Singha water were provided every day. Very good Location, close to the beach and to small market. The hotel is for people who don't concentrate on facilities (there is no swiming pool and room are small) but all time are cleaned.
We came to thai for visit a nature not for staing at hotel.
