+ Good position in the middle of Patong. Breakfast was good value for the money. Great receptionist - we had troube with our doorlock and she just destroyed it and gave us a new room. I was really happy about that.
- I tried to call the hotel about five times because I had a question concerning airport transfer. No one was answering the phone. Not a single time.

nice boutique hotel in Patong beach in Phuket

Baipho is a small, cosy boutique hotel and the website descriptions fully meet the reality. The rooms are spacious, nicely designed, very cozy. I liked the bed and bathroom muchly. Breakfast is included and served in the downstairs restaurant area. As the options are not too wide, the choices are getting repetive quite fast, however it is still a good quality breakfast dish. Friendliness of staff was okay during our stay, and communication on an easy level worked as well. We decided spontaneously to extend our stay by another 2 nights, which was not a problem at all. The location of Baipho is very good. It is very close to all the shops and Patong Beach (just a 10 minute walk), but also - being located in a side street - it is fairly quite at night. I would recommend the hotel!

Recommendation: Avoid the place

The place it self is really nice. I loved the decor, the rooms and the cleanliness is on par. The location is also good.

The staff and lack of management is really bad though. I could never get a response from the residence before coming here. Tried phoning and email, never got any response.

After we checked in it just got worse. Three people in one room, but we only get two towls and 1 coffee. When you ask for more you get treated like you just insulated them. O, and by the way, the cheap 3 in 1 coffee you do get in your room is not complimentary like in any other place. Rediculous.

The breakfast is just embarrassing. I would rather them just say they don't offer breakfast then you don't expect anything good. The photo will speak for it self. Definitely won't recommend the place to anyone, and definitely won't come again. I strongly believe you will get a better experience at other places

Nice clean hotel,staff very nice,there is no lift if you have problem ,breakfast is served all day I recommended this hotel.
