Out of the way, quiet , clean and just the right size. Close to markets , massage and good restaurants

Very nice small hotel. With good connection to the other hotel “the sands“.

Rooms: different rooms available. We choose the upgrate to the bay romance room.the room is directly connected to one pool, so you can immediatly jump into the water after you wake up.
Every day cleaning, fresh towels if required and 2 bottle of water are included.
A little bit strange are the glass doors as separation for the toilet. Everyone can see what you are doing ;-)

Restaurant: beside the fact that you can take the Shuttle to the bigger restaurant in “the sands“ hotel for dinner, the “amici“ offers you real good italian food.
While lunch you can go outside and taste a lot of different restaurant close to the hotel.

Ambiente:
Very relaxed atmosphere without any trouble. You can do sports, swim or relax in the spa.

Don't go anywhere else the staff are so friendly , rooms great together with a very nice breakfast plus pickup from airport etc.

The Waters is uniquely located right in the heart of a bustling retail district, filled with restaurants, shops and Khao Lak's version of nightlife. It stands out from the crowd of Khao Lak resorts with a striking design and color palette that is more vibrant and contemporary than the bulk of the resorts, and we found that to be a refreshing change.

My wife and I were picked up at Phuket airport and driven to the resort in a well appointed car. On arrival we were welcomed with a cool drink and smiles from the reception staff. The reception staff were expecting us and check in only took a few minutes. We had chosen a pool access room and we requested one that was sheltered from the afternoon sun. That is exactly what we got. The room was perfect. We had about an hour or two of sun in the morning so we could indulge in a bit of sun bathing without the heat and intensity of the afternoon sun. if we wanted to sit in the sun we could have moved our chairs onto the water covered platform in front of our room. we had a minor problem in the room and the staff were onto it straight away.Very impressive.
Our block had 12 units. 6 with pool access and 6 on the second floor. At no time was the pool crowded and usually we had the pool to ourselves.
The surrounding area had many shops and the markets were only about 15 minutes walk away on the main highway, so we were not tied to the resort like many in Khoa Lak.
We had an early flight out of Phuket when it was time to go. I was a little concerned that our car would be late in our pick up. But no concern. As we were checking out, again very quick and efficient, our arrived at 6am as promised. Because of our early departure we were unable to have any breakfast, but no worries, reception had arranged 2 food hampers for us. A nice touch.
Would we go back again? Most certainly. The resort is lovely and the organisation is superb. There are so many nice touches, I forgot to mention the free internet access, the computers, gym and pool table for guests.

This is fantastic place to spend a few days. We stayed in a room with pool access. The room was well appointed, and the pool fantastic. The staff are friendly, the breakfast buffet extensive, and there is a decent drinks list available for happy hour at the pool bar. The location is excellent being a five minute walk into town with many restaurants and bars to choose from. We will definitely be back.

Nice hotel, Breakfast -5 service-5, -4 territory, only the number needs minor repairs and fridge is too small for all the local fruit.:)

Front Desk manager was very helpful. He liased a visit to all room types. Advised us on best time of year to visit khao lak. Also suggested best room type for our next stay. The rooms and grounds were in very good order. We will be booking into The Waters on our next stay in 2018. Thank you Kuran

Very good pool area and location. Huge deluxe room with freestanding bath in the bedroom. Comfy sofas on the balcony and in the living room. Excellent breakfasts and hotel food, which is rare, useful in pool bar too!
