Location: 80 km from the airport Phuket the resort of Khao Lak, on the shore of the Bay of Phan nga.
Consists of three 3-storey buildings, ten 2-storey cottages and six 2-3 storey blocks.
Total area: 14400 m2. The hotel is divided into 2 parts, between which the road passes.
The hotel has 181 rooms.
Beach: private sandy beach and adjacent to the public beach 80 m away, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, chairs, towels – free of charge.

Right on beach, big hotel with 3 separate pools. 2 pools about 25m in length and a long 50m pool in separate wing. Rooms were comfortable and big.
Hotel in midst of renovations so there was some noise, but overall manageable. Pool cafe has good international and Thai food and reasonable price for hotel. Outside the hotel are multiple restaurants and spas, shops like a walking street so tons of dining options. We tried many of the establishments and not disappointed.

An older resort that is currently undergoing lots of renovation, which is much needed. It had very good access to a decent beach. The pool in the pool-access section is big, but kind of impersonal, being surrounded by lots of rooms. Breakfast was excellent, as were the breakfast staff. It was a pleasant enough 2 night stay.

Before I arrived I negotiated a room upgrade and they told me it would cost me of which I was fine with. Once I arrived they told me the room upgrade was free and we got a beachfront apartment of which was fantastic.
The hotel was really nice, staff friendly and placed was clean. I was really impressed with the location right next to the beach and the views were fantastic. Probably one of the best hotels I've ever been.

Great hotel, great location and even better staff. The resort is located on a beautiful beach and the rooms are clean with extremely comfy beds. Special mention to Oil and Beta for upgrading my room and making sure my stay was extremely comfortable.

For me this place is so fantastic, I stayed only one night for pool access room this is good room, clean swimming pool, good service for all staff. If I have a time am sure!! choose return back in your hotel.

The food here is great very tasty apart from the cooked breakfast which is poor.
The rooms are tired feeling with the beds being hard as nails and the house keeping staff lack any real enthusiasm the rest of the staff although mostly made up of interns were brilliant when we stayed over Christmas and New year 2023.
The beach is great although a little tidal when we stayed ,the location to alot of attractions is really good with bars restaurants within walking distance .
We booked half board but next time I would stay b and b choosing to eat out locally .
The pools are lovely making it a great place to cool down after a hot day sightseeing.

Superb staff with genuine service mind. The location is good, the room was super clean. I love the bathroom - both tubs snd shower are available. Plus, the lighting in the room was brlilliant. Highly recommend this place.
