Khaolak Mountain View Hotel in Khao Lak

I can’t follow the accommodation aside from the fact the food menu can be slightly overpriced for what is given the food isn’t made fresh and definitely reheated. Staff are quite friendly aside for management, which can be quite dismissive and rude at times. The overall experience gives a retreat feel and very peaceful. I will definitely revisit and see great potential for a Gym And further facilities. The area is quite remote however there are beautiful beaches in a Stone fair distance which makes us stay quite pleasant the housekeepers doing an amazing job of keeping up with cleanliness and ensuring that the room is spotless and also you are welcomed with a smell of cleaning materials as you enter, which is delightful

Serene and rejuvenating. In a valley surrounded by mountains, giving it an open yet a very cozy feel. Villas are beautiful outside and inside. Breakfast is healthy and tasty. People are welcoming and genuinely warm. Absolutely worth the price, this stay was miles better than close by resorts priced three times higher. Will absolutely love to come here every few months to shake off the city mindset. The whole experience was very pleasant.

My partner and I recently stayed here and it was phenomenal. The staff were exceptional and extremely friendly. The food was amazing, the resort offered a variety of both Thai and Western style food. The La Vall’e offers a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy town of Khoa Lak but still easy to get to the town, which has plenty of shopping, restaurants and activities on offer. The bungalow itself was clean and private, with all the essential necessities provided. Would highly recommended! We will be coming back to stay there in the future.

Peaceful place
Cozy cottage village in a peaceful area. Good pool areas. A rooster crowed in the mornings, which was charming in its own way.
The breakfast buffet was adequate. The rooms were clean, but the bathroom smelled of sewage.
The friendly dogs in the cottage village were a plus.
I will stay here again if I return to the country.
The week went by quickly in this place.

It's not what I call a mountain view, but for sure it's not a Seaview place!
Rooms are nice, long common swimming pool, pleasant if there's nobody else, but can become noisy if some people play in.
No privacy on the terrasse, Givin straight on the swimming pool.

Good place to stay calm.. long swimming pool and good room also good breakfast.

But 1 thing is too far from everything if you don't have a car.

Exactly 1 month ago I did check in - time for my rating about MOUNTAIN VIEW RESORT:
This Hotel is one of the very best Places I found in the last 10 Years (3 - 6 month stay every year) in Thailand according to this price level.
The Resort is situated in a fantastic Landscape, just a few km far from Bang Niang Village and about 5km away from famouse Dream Beaches of Khao Lak.
Rented Motorcycle or Car is recommend - ( Shuttle Service is offered by the Hotel).
My (new) Bungalow is big, best furnished and absolutly clean - situated in a tasty Gardenlandlandscape with stylish Poolarea.
The staff at the front desk and Restaurant (NAN & NA) is extraordinary helpful , polite and friendly.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Food and Service is good - For Breakfast Buffet I can give only 🌟🌟🌟.
The RoomMaids around Mrs. AUM are doing a perfect Job and give you daily a BIG SMILE, a lot of friendlyness and do clean the Bungalow 100 % 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 👍👍👍.
Even the Garden crew gives you friendly "Hello's" and Smiles in their tastfully arranged Gardens. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
This Place is a Paradise for Guests who are looking for a tastfull, not noisy, charming and friendly Resort with many opportunitys for Sports (MountainBike, ATV /Quad, Horseriding, Golf Driving Range, Walking, JetSki(?), (Big)Pool Swimming) ...

The new Part of the Resort, the
"LA VALLE'E" is just perfectly well done, very stylish and a real Hot Spot in Khao Lak Aeria.
The kitchen, managed by Chef de Cuisine Mrs. ANN (& Mrs. DAENG & Crew) is on an absolutly Top Level - the food you get served here, by friendliest Stuff (Mrs.FOFO & Team), is just delicious, cooked professional with much passion - all that (also beverages) we get here for fair and absolutly justified prices.
Breakfast Buffet is very rich stocked and includes Thaisfood and offers "all you can think about" from an European Style Breakfast.👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

During our stay in Thailand over 2.5 weeks in many areas we were most happy with the service at kholak Mountain View. It’s not right on the beach but for the price and service I would stay there again if I were going back to the kho lak area. They have a convienent shuttle to the beach and the city center as well. Food was good, very helpful staff, lots of outdoor activities to choose from and the room and ground were kept up very well.

Excellent place.
Bungalows in beautiful scenery in kind of a garden with mountains view.
Good pool for swimming with sunbeds.
Good restaurant.
Excellent housekeeping.
Very friendly and helpful staff. When we've asked for scooter to rent then was a slight confusion with "tomorrow?". Guess what? Next day morning there where scooters and bikes parked in front of the reception to choose for rent.
After a week stay we've extended it to another one :-)
