Consists of two buildings: main building (22 floors), the second building (5 floors).
The hotel has 123 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy beach 350 m away (2 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Umbrellas, chairs, towels – for a fee.

Andaman Beach Suites Hotel was great! The views from the 19th floor Sky Lounge was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and housekeeping helped to clean up when needed. Facilities at the hotel included several swimming pools (a small one at the annex building, and two bigger ones at the main building). The gym was rather big and well equipped as well. Daily breakfasts are somewhat similar day to day with some changes in the menu.
The location was 15 minutes walk away from the main Patong street, but far enough for it to still be quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. 7-11 just 2 minutes walk away, very convenient for purchases.

Everything was perfect until the last day during check out. They charge me for thr bedroom slippers.I told them that usually bedroom slippers are complimentary. I told them I already used them once and since it is still in good condition, I decided to bring the slippers home (They also provide beachslippers so we have been using the beach slippers everyday) I told them what will they do if I return the slippers cos it is already used and of no use to them.
They said they will wash and recycle the bedroom slippers. This is really unheard of. They wash the bedroom slippers and recycle?? OMG.They asked me to return the slippers or I will be charged,Thb120 for each pair.

We just leave the hotel with a bad indicator and unprofessional behavior as we asking for a water just after checking out and the recipient staff said U need to buy it from market.
All over experience was good; helpful staff and friendly expect the mentioned event, good food with a lot of variety, the hygiene was accepted and the hotel location is very nice.

This is the second time I stay at the hotel, but I think it will be the last. I was there and it was the same. I thought it would improve. The breakfast options are very limited. You only have to eat eggs and cucumbers. The breakfast area smells like glasses. You can't drink from them because of the smell. There is no air conditioning in the place. It is very hot. The cleaning service is the worst I have ever seen. They just go in and clean up what is on the floor. If there is a bottle under the chair, they don't pick it up. I stayed for six days and they didn't change my bed sheets even though I asked them to. The bathroom cleaning is poor. When I came to use the bathtub, the water came out yellow. Even the receptionists are unfriendly and don't even respond to my greeting, unlike the people of Thailand.

Second day at the hotel. So far I like everything. 5 minutes to the sea, 3 swimming pools, live music in the evenings. Breakfast - for all tastes. I recommend:)

Andaman Beach Suites as a hotel really justified itself. I will say even more, this is an excellent hotel for two. The only and significant disadvantage is that it is far from all the good beaches/interesting restaurants and places and of course the party scene. If you want to go to Bangla Road/Big Buddha or to the beach with airplanes, then there are only two options: either rent a car/bike yourself, or take a look for a good taxi. A Thai taxi is not an option, as they will argue and ask for more money for going up the hill, and in the end they will rip you off every penny. To be honest, I was very lucky; in addition to the Russian taxi services on VKontakte and Telegram, I found the convenient Toun taxi application (promo code SLLWKK). I was able to go with a Russian driver to the Big Buddha much cheaper than it was on the street. Moreover, the driver also suggested a return route. We agreed ;) However, one small note - you need to order in advance! But all taxi services in Phuket and Thailand have this disadvantage!

Amazing hotel. The best stay possible in Phuket and the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Oceanview room was so great you don’t want to go out. Very nice and clean and big pools also with ocean view.
Very welcoming, nice, helpful and professional staff. Live music and sky Lounge with beautiful view on level 19.
